This bright and airy 2-bedroom home has an open concept living/dining area, featuring large windows overlooking the Hollywood Hills. The true stunner is the private, upper-level deck offering unobstructed views of the surrounding city, Hollywood sign and Griffith Park Observatory. Enjoy coffee or a sunset cocktail overlooking all the best of LA!
Located in one of LA`s most sought after neighborhoods, this stunning gem is minutes away from the vibrant energy of Sunset Boulevard`s restaurants and shops. Once you are inside this classic Silverlake home, you feel the peace and serenity of being perched above it all. Our bright and airy living room has endless windows overlooking LA`s signature palm trees, Hollywood and Century City. The adjoining dining room features a large table with seating for 6, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences and comforts of home. There is a full bathroom in the hallway, steps from the living room and either bedroom.
The primary bedroom has a plush Queen-size bed, TV and windows offering serene views of the surrounding greenery. The second bedroom features a Twin-size bed with a pull-out trundle feature, along with an additional TV for your personal entertainment.
Our upper deck and backyard garden truly steal the show at this property! Offering a large seating area and table, the deck is perfect for enjoying some wine and taking in one of LA`s iconic sunsets. We have multiple outdoor umbrellas that allow you to lounge in the shade, offering a bit of cool on those hot LA days. You`ll enjoy unobstructed views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park Observatory, Hollywood, Century City and the entire Westside. Enjoy that perfect meal al-fresco and experience full relaxation and serenity right in the heart of the city.

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!** Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. - Daytime occupancy is 6 people. - Overnight occupancy is 4 people. - Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. - Enjoy the outdoors of the property, but please keep children from trampling our beautiful landscaping.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE - Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM. - Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS - Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Any signs of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING - We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur an additional $250 fee.
CLEANING Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings) Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay: ● $99: 1-29 nights ● $450: 30-59 nights ● $150: each additional 30-night block
