This modern farmhouse features three levels of living, entertaining, and sleeping space. The main floor has a grand 2-story Great Room with vintage beams and angled ceilings. The light-filled open space has a Living Area, large Chef's Kitchen, and Dining Area with built-in window seating bench. French doors open to a large screened porch with vaulted ceiling, large Dining Area, Lounge Area with sofas, a hammock, and French doors to the pool Area.

The Living Area has sectional seating with a large-screen TV. The fully-equipped Kitchen has a prep island/breakfast bar, quartz counters, commercial stainless appliances, induction range, and coffee bar. The Dining Area with its "L" shaped built-in window seating accommodates up to 10. There is also a separate Office with desk, and a first-floor Primary Bedroom with deluxe en suite Bath. In addition, the Primary Bedroom has a French door that opens to one of two outdoor showers.

An open staircase leads up from the Great Room to the second level. There are two Bedrooms, both with deluxe en suite Baths, plus a Laundry Area with a stackable unit. The fourth Bedroom is on the Lower walk-out level. The large room has a king bed plus two built-in bunk beds with twin over double beds. Around the corner, there are two full Bathrooms. Both have double vanities, while one has a soaking tub and the other a glass walk-in shower. NOTE: all Bathrooms have heated floors.

Also on the Lower Level, there is a TV/Family Room with large screen TV and seating, plus a Bar Area with wine refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher, plus table seating for four. There is a second, full Laundry Room, plus glass sliding doors lead to an outdoor sitting area with sofa and stairs that lead up to the Pool Area.

Outdoor living centers around the heated 15 by 30-foot gunite pool with a bluestone surround. There are sun loungers plus an outdoor Dining and Grilling Area. There is additional outdoor seating in the front yard, where there is a large fenced-in vegetable and herb garden with raised beds, and table with umbrella and six chairs. The produce is available to guests.

The home sits on a quiet street in Island Grove. There is a path that leads to Morning Glory Farm, and both South Beach and Downtown Edgartown around about a mile and a half or two away.
