This modern farmhouse features three levels of living, entertaining, and sleeping space. The main floor has a grand 2-story Great Room with vintage beams and angled ceilings. The light-filled open space has a Living Area, large Chef's Kitchen, and Dining Area with built-in window seating bench. French doors open to a large screened porch with vaulted ceiling, large Dining Area, Lounge Area with sofas, a hammock, and French doors to the pool Area.

The Living Area has sectional seating with a large-screen TV. The fully-equipped Kitchen has a prep island/breakfast bar, quartz counters, commercial stainless appliances, induction range, and coffee bar. The Dining Area with its "L" shaped built-in window seating accommodates up to 10. There is also a separate Office with desk, and a first-floor Primary Bedroom with deluxe en suite Bath. In addition, the Primary Bedroom has a French door that opens to one of two outdoor showers.

An open staircase leads up from the Great Room to the second level. There are two Bedrooms, both with deluxe en suite Baths, plus a Laundry Area with a stackable unit.
