Cette maison est parfaitement située - à quelques pas de la plage d'Inkwell, du centre-ville d'Oak Bluffs et du ferry OB. Un cÎté de la maison est bordé par la voie verte du parc Nashawena, qui offre une agréable promenade jusqu'à la plage et au bord de l'eau, tandis qu'au coin de la rue, vous trouverez des courts de tennis et de basket-ball, ainsi qu'une aire de jeux.
À l'intĂ©rieur de la maison, vous trouverez une cuisine fraĂźchement rĂ©novĂ©e, deux salles de bain complĂštes avec rĂ©novations modernes, climatisation centrale, planchers de bois franc anciens et laveuse / sĂ©cheuse Ă  haute efficacitĂ©. Perfect house for our family

Joe was a great host , had just the right amount of BR and a giant tub that my granddaughters loved. Provided plenty of paper goods . Great location , 5 min walk to town, 3 min walk to park and bowling. And Tony’s Market only 1 block away , we were there a lot! Parking for SUV , cool outdoor shower but unfortunately weather a little cool for that. We loved this house , I would definitely recommend it for family with small children and I would love to stay again sometime.

Perfect House on MV

This property was very clean and inviting. Excellent location to the beach and town center. This property had many upgrades. Everyone in our party enjoyed the property and stay at MV. The Owner was easy to deal with and communicated promptly. Highly recommend this property.

We have rented from this host before, different property, and this one was just as nice. Right on the Main Street in Oak Bluffs so super convenient. Very Clean and Everything you need is in the house. host/owner easy to reach via app if needed. Highly recommend

Great house, great host!

We have stayed at many Vrbo properties both domestically and internationally over the past decade, this is by far the most well stocked house we have ever stayed at. Cooking necessities, paper goods, towels, supplies, batteries, lightbulbs, etc, etc. It is obvious the host cares about the property and his guests. Would not hesitate to rent from this host again, be it this property or one of his others.

MV 8/2023

We all had a fabulous time in this well equipped home. We had a couple issues that was resolved quickly. Thank you Joe! We like that it was walkable to town, beach, playground for the little ones, and having Tony’s Market just a block away for last minute items. Great deli sandwiches for the beach. I would highly recommend staying here for multi-family gathering. We all agree that this is a home we would return again. Thank you from California Bay Area families.

A Mother's Day Getaway

This May, my two siblings and I treated our 78 year old mother to a trip to MV for Mother's Day weekend. None of us had ever been to the island and we were all very excited to explore. This was also my first experience with VRBO. The Oak Bluffs house is in an excellent location within walking distance to the town and the beach area. It is in a residential and the interior is comfortable and quiet. The photos of the interior are accurate and we found the kitchen, bathroom and related appliances and amenities all in excellent condition. You wont run out of towels! There are three bedrooms and a large full bath upstairs and a second bathroom off the kitchen on the main floor. The fourth bedroom is off the kitchen and was likely converted from being an office or sunroom. I slept there on the daybed and enjoyed the space. My siblings and mother found the upstairs rooms comfortable and pleasant, but desired tv sets in their rooms for late night viewing. The owner was at the property when we arrived checking on some recent work and he graciously provided a brief tour of the house and recommended a local grocery store for snacks after our day of travel. I should also add that he checked in via email during our stay and was extremely helpful and generous with his time in retrieving my mother's cell phone which she left behind at the house. Though we were just four adults, I believe the house can accommodate 6-8 easily. I will certainly check this property first for a return.

Lovely Home

Short walk to downtown OB. Right next to parks. It is on a main road which can be busy. Nice rooms, layout, and amenities in the house.

First Family Trip to the Vineyard

We are still floating on cloud nine after our trip. We have been asked to go to the Vineyard for the last ten years but as owners of a beach house on the Eastern Shore it was hard to pay for a beach trip but this house, it’s location and the town were well worth it. Having a family vacation with kids and a mother in law in her 80s we needed a place that was walkable, accessible and met all our needs and the house did just that. Cooking and preparing meals was easy, and Joe has thought of everything. I was pleased with the cleanliness and the dual air conditioning system was perfect. We will def be back and hope Joe’s place will be available!!

I had been renting out my Edgartown house since 1998 (VRBO 43322) and found that I really enjoyed the whole process -- the summer rentals, the renovations, spending time on MV, and so on, which motivated me to purchase this home that Circuit Ave. I eventually purchased one more home on MV around 2006 (vrbo 43151) and then a vacation condo in San Diego. Owning these homes is a pleasure for me (most of the time!) and I think that may be the most important element in the whole process. I can't imagine doing this kind of work if you did not enjoy it. I really appreciate the fact that guests come to my homes for what may be their one true vacation of the year, and this time is very important to each guest. I keep that in mind as I constantly update and maintain my homes to what I hope you find to be a high level of quality.

While we put an equal amount of effort and care into all three MV homes, and while I can't say that I value any one property over another, if we were to move to the Vineyard this is the home we would choose to live in. It's difficult to pinpoint what makes a property 'special,' but I think the fact that we often consider living in this home ourselves is the strongest statement we could make about our thoughts on this property.

The combination of the old and the new makes this home stand out. While it has the look and feel of a cottage, it also has great modern amenities like two good-sized modern bathrooms, central AC, brand new solid wood kitchen cabinets, and newer dishwasher and washer/dryer.
