The Space:

Designed for both connection and relaxation, this home offers a variety of spaces to suit every mood. The main living area, centered around a wood-burning fireplace, provides a warm and inviting heart for the home. A gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream, fully equipped for everything from cozy family meals to festive holiday feasts. A dedicated ski room offers a streamlined experience for all your gear, with convenient benches, hooks, drying racks, and a full bathroom to ensure a smooth transition from the slopes. For entertainment, guests will find a common area with a smart TV, and dedicated spaces for holiday gatherings.



Each of the five bedrooms and four full bathrooms provides a private, serene retreat. Throughout the home, curated details, from a hot yoga loft with sweeping views to a massive toboggan hill on the property, create a unique and memorable stay. Step outside to a thoughtfully designed fire pit and grill, perfect for enjoying the views or an evening under the stars.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, turkeys, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: As with all rural Vermont homes, occasional weather-related power/internet outages may occur. We provide flashlights and cozy alternatives to ensure comfort during any brief interruptions. Kindly be aware that we’re unable to offer refunds in the event of power or internet outages outside of our control.



Air conditioning: AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Pets: We love our furry friends, but this home isn’t set up to host pets. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space serene and welcoming for all.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 8 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 8 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
