Guest Access:

The shared spaces include a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay, including all listed amenities.

**The elevator is currently out of service, so please use the stairs.



The Neighborhood:

If you’re hoping to make the most of your time in the city, you’ll love how close everything is. Butch McGuire’s is only a 2-minute walk, and the stylish 3 Arts Club Café at RH Chicago is just 4 minutes away on foot. A 9-minute stroll takes you to Oak Street Beach for some lakefront views, while museums like the International Museum of Surgical Science (12 minutes) and the Chicago History Museum (15 minutes) are perfect for a dose of culture. And if you're up for a quick drive, both The Second City and the beautiful Lincoln Park are just 5 minutes away. With so much nearby, it’s easy to dive into the best of what the neighborhood has to offer.



Getting Around:

Our apartment is in a prime location for getting around the city, with several convenient public transit options just steps away. The Division & State bus stop is only a 1-minute walk, while the Division & Dearborn stop is just 2 minutes on foot. Getting around couldn’t be easier.



- The Clark/Division Red Line station is just a 5-minute walk.

- Chicago Avenue Station is a 13-minute walk.

- O’Hare Airport is approximately 50 minutes by public transit or 30–45 minutes by Uber.

- Midway Airport is about 50 minutes by public transit or 35–50 minutes by Uber.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. We welcome dogs and cats only. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.
