Situé dans un bâtiment néoclassique des années 1930, directement en face du temple de Zeus Olympien, cette résidence magistralement entièrement rénovée est un excellent choix pour votre prochain séjour à Athènes.

À 50 mètres de la promenade piétonne menant à toutes les principales attractions athéniennes, y compris le musée de l'Acropole (3 min à pied), l'Acropole, y compris le Parthénon, le théâtre de Dionysos, l'ancienne agora romaine et la bibliothèque Adrian (5 min à pied), ainsi que la zone de Plaka.

Les trois chambres disposent d'un grand lit double chacune, et la quatrième chambre à coucher deux lits simples. Tous les lits sont équipés de matelas importés américains et meublés avec des draps et des oreillers de haute qualité qui offre aux clients une expérience de sommeil ultime. Dans chaque chambre existe un téléviseur à écran plat intelligent de 40 ', un système stéréo individuel avec portes USB et un grand placard séparé.

Le salon dispose de deux canapés confortables et comprend un écran plat de 50 'HDMI TV 4k avec système de son surround. Trois chambres à coucher partagent une vue magnifique sur l'ancien temple de Zeus et Lycabbetus.

La résidence dispose également d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, machine à café Nespresso, théière avec thé anglais gratuit, cafetière à filtre, bouilloire et grille-pain. Il y a une salle de service séparée équipée d'une machine à laver, fer et planche à repasser et un espace pour la bagagerie. Les salles de bains sont entièrement équipées avec des serviettes et des équipements tels que des savons, des shampoings, des conditionneurs, des gels douche et deux sèche-cheveux. Les articles de toilette sont fournis par la célèbre marque grecque "Korres".

La salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 visiteurs pour un repas complet.

La maison est chauffée centralement pendant les mois d'hiver ainsi que des unités de climatisation individuelle.

Great Stay at Athens Grand Residence

Terrific stay at Bill and John's AGR. Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the Athens attractions and metro. AGR was exaclty as pictured. Staff was great - very responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Athens in July 2025

Great stay for a group of 8, ranging from 22 to 82, for 2 nights before a cruise. The property is close to everything, including the acropolis and the plaza district. Our kids and their friends enjoyed exploring the town and hitting the clubs at night. The are a huge variety of restaurants and shops nearby. It took a little while for the air conditioning the kick in and cool down the property (it was over 100 F outside) but the property manager was great and helped make sure everything was working before he left.

Luxurious Apartment in the Heart of Athens

The apartment looks exactly like the listing: new, spacious and well appointed. The location couldn't be better - steps to the Acropolis and many other sights, as well as restaurants and shops. The communication with the staff was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Pre-cruise hangout

The team at Bill and John were incredible and made us feel like family! Short but unforgetable

Apartment is just as pictured. Beds and linens are new and comfortable. The level of service was uncommonly good... dropped off bags before the unit was available and leave bags after checking out and they bent over backwards to make it happen.

Bill holds a bachelor in Hospitality & International Tourism and John on Marketing & Communications. We are commited to greeting our guests with large measures of Hellenic Filoxenia!

Large executive apartment 160 square meters, with four master bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. A living room and a well equipped kitchen. Laundry room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Facilities also include an Espresso coffee machine, a toaster etc.

The apartment is located 10 meters from the Temple of Olympian Zeus, with an outstanding view, while the new Acropolis Museum is 200 meters away and the Acropolis and its Parthenon is located 300 meters away.
