Welcome to "The Silverwood," a massive lakefront estate on Lake Hamilton designed for large reunions and multi-family getaways! Comfortably sleeping up to 17 guests, this property offers resort-style standards with a professionally maintained hot tub and bi-weekly manicured grounds.
Located on the quiet "Silverwood Terrace" peninsula, you get the best of both worlds: an accessible upper deck with a gas firepit and elevated views, plus a lakeside adventure zone with an outdoor kitchen and wood firepit.
The Space
-- THE VIBE & GROUNDS -- Perched on a hillside, The Silverwood commands stunning elevated views of the water. We take pride in our curb appealâthe landscape is professionally groomed bi-weekly year-round, ensuring the paths and gathering spots always look refreshed, clean, and inviting.
Weâve designed the property with two distinct outdoor zones:
The Upper Deck (Accessible): Step right out from the main living area (no stairs required) to enjoy the Gas Firepit, BBQ grill, and our Professionally Maintained Hot Tub. We hire pros to service the spa, ensuring the water is sparkling clean and balanced for your arrival.
The Lakeside Zone (Stairs Required): Follow the manicured path down the stairs to the waterâs edge to find the Private Dock, a full Outdoor Kitchen, and a rustic Wood Firepit.
-- SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 17) -- We have ample space for the whole crew.
Adult Rooms: Private bedrooms for peace and quiet.
The Bunk Zone: Fun bunk setups that can sleep up to 11 guests (kids and teens love having their own space!).
Bathrooms: Multiple full baths to keep the group moving.

Stairs: Please note that the walk to the water involves stairs. Guests with limited mobility can still fully enjoy the views, hot tub, and gas firepit from the main upper deck.

The Grounds: We invest in bi-weekly professional landscaping year-round. The path to the lake is always kept crisp, clean, and free of debris, making the walk down the hill safe and inviting.
2. Two Ways to "Firepit" We know groups have different needs.
For the Relaxers: We have a Gas Firepit on the upper deck. It requires no stairs to access, turns on with a button, and offers beautiful elevated views.
For the Campers: Down by the water (accessed via stairs), we have a traditional Wood Firepit. This is the spot for the loud late-night crew to roast marshmallows without waking up the grandparents sleeping inside.
3. The Lakeside Kitchen Because of our hilly terrain, the waterfront feels like its own private park. Once you go down the stairs, you don't have to keep running back up. We have an Outdoor Kitchen right at the water's edge, meaning you can grill hot dogs and grab cold drinks right next to the Private Dock.
