This was a beautiful, clean, and accommodating property. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a meal which made cooking easy while traveling. The view was gorgeous for both sunrise and sunset. Would love to come back in the summer!!

The house was clean and had lots of space for our belongings. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outdoor tables and chairs were much appreciated since the weather was perfect for eating outside. The view of Lake Hamilton was the frosting on the cake. A lovely place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in, the place was spotless, tidy, and so welcoming. It was actually one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided making our stay easy and comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining this property, especially since it was once their family home. Definitely a five star experience. We would love to come back!

The house was incredible with an amazing view of the lake. The interior reminded me of my aunt's old lake house in Alabama but with modern amenities. Instructions for the appliances were easily located, and all the switches were labeled, so there was no guessing which switch turned on which light or fan. It's a great house especially for a large group.

The house was beautifully furnished and very comfortable, from the seating to the beds, with a great view and plenty of room. We had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway. My husband’s a coffee snob and really enjoyed the Chemex coffee pot! Outdoor amenities were awesome as well, from the outdoor seating areas to the kayaks, beach towels, and life-jackets. Hoping to return next summer!

Wonderful place with all the necessities provided! Beautiful lakefront view and friendly geese that stopped by made it even better! We didn’t have to go far to get to anything we wanted to do. Beautiful home that we would definitely stay at again!

Amazing house perfect for our family! Host was phenomenal! Quick to respond to any questions we had! Exceptionally well stocked and clean! Fishing dock and kayaks were awesome with fabulous sidewalk access which made the incline to the water so easy for all ages! We had an infant and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed for her! Anything we could think of was included in this house! We spent the majority of our trip playing in the water right off of the fishing dock of the house!

Long weekend getaway

Everything was amazing and as described. Very well stocked, hosts were very welcoming and quick to communicate. The views of the lake were beautiful, Quiet and peaceful. Fireworks at night were a plus. Close vicinity and easy drive to everything we wanted to do.

All in all the house was very good. Location was excellent, 5 minutes from almost everything needed.House was super clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive!A couple notes:1.) One of the bedrooms is in a pass thru area, not a true bedroom.2.) The photos do a pretty good showing the house is up on a hill above the lake. I'm 70 years old and I could make the walk up and down without much of a problem but it's a steep hill for sure.3.) The lake is not a super clean lake (you can see that by googling the lake). No one swam off the dock as the shoreline area had trash, dead branches, leaves etc floating all along it. If you have a boat and can swim off shore it's ok.

House at Lake Hamilton

This stay for our family was wonderful and we had everything that we needed. The owners have absolutely thought of everything and made our stay worry free. My kids loved the kayaks and access to the lake and the view is amazing! Definitely one of our favorite VRBO houses!

This house was awesome! Beautiful view of the lake and plenty of room for our group. House was well stocked with everything you would need for a several day stay. I would definitely come back next time I am in Hot Springs!

Beautiful house, relaxing vacay

The house was beyond expectations.Had plenty room of room for everyone, kitchen could cook for plenty of people. View’s of lake were so beautiful. It’s a bit of trek up/down hill to the lake for anyone with mobility issues but the kids were fine, even carrying the kayaks. Will be our go to house for hot spring.

Fun, Relaxing, and Exactly as Described

This property was exactly as expected—just like all the glowing reviews said! Our kids absolutely loved the outdoor space. We made great use of the fire pit, swing, and even kayaked out to the little island—so, so fun! Inside, the foosball table was a hit with the whole family. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the smart thermostat kept the house at a perfect temperature the entire time.The views were truly exceptional. You feel like you're away from it all, but you're still only five minutes from all the stores you need—best of both worlds. Everything in the house was clean, clearly labeled, and easy to find. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful.When I asked my kids what their favorite part was, they said it was a tie between the kayaks, the view, and the split-level layout (they loved having “their own level” of the house). We’d definitely come back again and would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family—10/10!

Relaxing 4 day weekend

The house was so cozy and comfortable! It felt like staying at a friend’s home. Everything was labeled, the hosts were super informative and we loved being able to kayak! It was close to restaurants and stores but so quiet. We loved our long weekend!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We had about 10 properties on our list when we were planning our trip and I am sooo happy we booked this one! The location is perfect! You feel secluded but are right in town! The house is beautiful and the view is stunning. Our boys (age 5 and 8) were begging us to stay one more night. They said they could have done without all the adventures we took and just spent the entire time at the property. The kayaks were the highlight of our time. There is a cute little island you can kayak to. Everything is so clean and labeled. They have everything you need there too. We 1000% plan to come back and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Thank yall!

Had a great time at this house, our kids enjoyed the kayaks and swimming. Really good location close to town and amenities. Fireworks view is as advertised and they have one of the best stocked kitchens and outdoor spaces I have experienced.

Bellow Family Vacation

The house was a perfect place to accommodate our large family of 9. The sunroom with panoramic views of Lake Hamilton was our absolute favorite spot. The kitchen was well stocked including coffee supplies. We enjoyed the multiple seating areas outside also. I can’t say enough about this place. We will definitely be back.

Absolute Perfection!

From the moment we walked in we knew we found something special. The house was immaculate, the views of the lake are even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, all the necessary appliances and utensils to make meals, wonderful huge island to prep and views of the lake from everywhere. The attention to detail throughout the house and property were amazing. A stocked coffee/tea station, paper goods, tissue boxes in every room. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, just on and on. The backyard and lake are incredible. Lots of comfortable seating areas and a perfect dock for swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking. There is not one thing more we could have asked for or expected, including nicer, more gracious hosts in the Randels.

Perfect Getaway

Could not have asked for anything more for a quick family getaway. The kids immediately flocked to the kayaks, swim dock and foosball table. The view of the lake is incredible from the moment you step in the front door and from pretty much anywhere in the house. Cabinets and light switches were all conveniently labeled. Kitchen was well stocked. Two marinas close by for boat rentals on top of being close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a mall. The coffee bar in the kitchen had everything you could ask for. We had friends visit for dinner one night. Grilled burgers and made s’mores on the side patio while enjoying the fire pit. We had five options when looking for rentals, but the whole family agreed we picked the best one. The owners checked on us after getting settled in, as we were nearing the end, and even after we got home. These are the kind of owners you want when renting. Thank you for the awesome memories!

Hello there! We're glad you're here. I'm Joe, and my parents, Bill & Kathy, love hosting guests at our family's home on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs! My parents were born and raised in Hot Springs, and have lived on Lake Hamilton for 20+ years. They're both now semi-retired. Mom is very active in our church, loves to knit, and volunteer in the community. Dad is active in the local chapter of the Master Naturalists, where he loves to lead hikes and educational programs about nature.
