Échappez à la course des rats et détendez-vous dans une maison de plage confortable et branchée, à deux pas de la plage. (PLAGE SUR LA ROUTE, 50M ENVIRON.)
Détendez-vous avec un peu de pêche sur la plage ou détendez-vous simplement au soleil sur la plage tout en lisant un bon livre! ou tout simplement regarder la mer et regarder les vagues déferler sur les rives de la magnifique plage de Warrain. Ou dirigez-vous vers le belvédère de Penguin Head pour observer les baleines, et admirez même les baleines depuis le balcon de la maison!

Il existe de nombreux clubs dans les environs, dans lesquels vous pourrez dîner ou simplement discuter avec les habitants sympathiques tout en dégustant une boisson de votre choix.
Partez pour un voyage dans les nombreux autres lieux passionnants de la région de la baie de Jervis: Huskisson, Vincentia, Currawong et Callala Bay and Beach, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Ramassez des huîtres fraîches à Greenwell Point ... très délicieux!

La plage de Culburra est une merveille de la nature avec ses magnifiques plages de sable doré idéales pour les surfeurs et les adeptes du bodyboard. PET FRIENDLY.

Club de surf Culburra Beach:
Il y a aussi un club de surf avec des épargnants qui veillent sur vous (les épargnants ne sont que de saison). Le club de surf est à seulement 200m de la maison et il est connu pour ses grands événements et ses réceptions de mariage ... venez vous marier sur la plage!

pour les amateurs de navigation de plaisance: la maison est à seulement 5 km de la rampe de bateau Orient Point. Il existe également de nombreuses autres rampes de mise à l'eau dans la région, la baie et le bassin de Callala, pour n'en nommer que deux.

La maison:
Bénéficiant de 4 chambres de taille décente.
la cuisine est très confortable et chic et bien équipée pour tous vos besoins culinaires. Micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle est également fourni.
Asseyez-vous sur le balcon la nuit et profitez de la magnifique brise marine et écoutez le son apaisant des vagues qui se brisent sur les rives de Warrain Beach. Et pendant les jours, traversez la route qui mène à la plage qui mène directement à la plage, env. 50m à pied. Pour un plongeon rapide, revenez au confort de la maison.
cette maison est parfaitement adaptée pour un couple de familles car il y a deux lits queen, deux doubles et 4 lits simples.
Il y a une buanderie avec machine à laver fournie. Un fer et une planche est également fourni.
Il y a trois toilettes et deux salles de bains dont une avec une immense baignoire à pattes en griffe pour soulager vos muscles endoloris. il y a aussi deux superbes ponts pour profiter du plein air, le pont avant offre une vue sur la plage et un décor extérieur avec barbecue.
On se voit au paradis!

Wonderful stay

Tom is a great host with wonderful communication. The location is ideal, just walk across the road and down the path to the beautiful beach. The front deck, you could sit on it for hours & look out to sea. The kitchen is well equipped and the fireplace gives out a fantastic warmth.

Comfortable family home

Beautiful winter holiday, enjoyed the fire place at night, sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean, beach access across the road! Lots of rooms to choose from and space for kids to enjoy downtime! 15minute walk to penguin head look out every day, shops near by plus Woolworths. 30 minutes to jervis bay. Loved our stay.

Perfect property for extended family

Very clean and comfortable place, in an ideal location. Fabulous living area and awesome 5 burner stove! The massive front veranda and the games room were well utilised. The kids (and dogs!!) loved the huge backyard. Tom was excellent to communicate with.

Awesome stay, great location!!

What a great stay at Paradise by the Beach! Nice house, very spacious, large backyard and 2 decks! Perfect for families or large groups. Nicely presented and clean. The adults spent most of the time out on the front deck relaxing and taking in the views and the kids hung out on the back deck and backyard. Short stroll to the beach which was great! Kitchen is well equipped. Good range of dvds, novels and games. Tom you are awesome! Def will be back!

Amazing views, comfortable and cozy home!

We spent 6 nights/7 blissful days at Paradise by the Beach and although we had a few rainy days, the house was big and comfortable enough for our big family. The kids loved the games room and spent most of their time there while the adults hung out in the deck relaxing while having a drink. We also had a stroll through Warrain Beach and the kids had a ball collecting beautiful shells for their collection. We are already planning pur next holiday here next year! Thanks for your hospitality and easygoing nature Tom!

Gorgeous retreat/ Perfect beach house!

Absolutely gorgeous property with ocean views and FIREPLACE! The photos absolutely don’t do it justice on how cosy the place actually is. The en-suite bedroom mattress was LUSH, we had one of our best sleeps there I have to say. Good selection of books and movies, love that I can prepare food and watch the ocean waves crashing at the same time. Quiet streets, amazing location. Awesome selection of pots and pans, great showers, beautiful deck which I’m hoping to utilize when La Niña is over. Great and fast response from Tom, will definitely be back very soon :)

Family Holiday

The property was very close to the beach, spacious, had a games room that the kids loved, a big back yard if they chose to kick a ball around, plenty of bathrooms, a close drive to the shops, wifi access was also handy. It was just a shame that we caught the bad weather in the last days there so very hard to get to see a lot of places as planned but as the manager had said "unfortunately he cannot predict the weather or control it". Everyone had a good time while there and would do it again sometime in the future

The Best for Beach and Warm and Cosy

Lots to appreciate but some issues

There's a lot to appreciate about this house - everything that other reviewers have mentioned (location near beach, large enclosed dog friendly yard, all bed linen provided, good hot water, etc). There were also a few things that we brought to the attention of the owner during our stay (old microwave that stopped working; small, old and rusty BBQ that wasn't usable; very old and scratched kitchenware (that we could only use by lining with foil); and a light fitting dropped out of the ceiling. While communication with the owner was prompt, he didn't really address any of these issues apart from the BBQ (a replacement is on the cards). Other things to be aware of if you stay: the kitchen is very small for a large group (there were 9 of us). There is no storage for groceries apart from the fridge. The crockery and cutlery provided is fairly ad hoc. Most of the pots and pans we found unusable. There is sparse serving utensils or dishes. Given how well the remainder of the house has been outfitted, it was a shame the kitchen aspects let it down for us.

Hi Geoff, Thank you for the honest review. Although we appreciate your feedback, we would like to remind you that you were not staying in a 5 star hotel but rather someones home on airbnb. All the kitchenware indeed is not new but usuable. The kitchen is indeed on the smaller side and I don't think it would be fair to say the whole 9-12 people would be cooking in it at the same time. To date , we have had absolutely no complaints about the size and the utensils supplied as they are all in good, clean used condition. The BBQ was a problem but has since been replaced. warm regards Tom.

Relaxing

This property has lots of separate spaces for large groups to spread out + great communal areas. 9 -10 people could sit around the table for meals. It also has a lovely view of the ocean from the deck & is a close walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.
