As you step inside Mar-Lins, you're greeted with a welcoming blend of comfort and style. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for large family holidays or fun-filled trips with friends. The bespoke bedrooms feature a splendid combination of plush king, queen, and twin beds, promising a restful retreat after a day of beach fun or exploring the sights of Jervis Bay.

All the creature comforts are at your disposal. There are two modern bathrooms, equipped with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The house also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and a refrigerator. The dedicated dining room sets the scene for memorable family meals.

Fun is always on the agenda at Mar-Lins. With features like a smart TV with Netflix, a variety of board games, child-friendly books and toys, and a portable Bluetooth speaker, rainy days are no less exciting. For the bookworms, the house also stocks a wide assortment of adult and children's books.

We stayed at Mar-lins just for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it! The house is very well equipped, has huge backyard for kids to play. Fire pit was an absolute hit !!!

Great getaway with friends

Was a great stay that had easy access to the beach and close to the bowling club. Lovely little quiet area that aloud us to get away for the week and enjoy ourselves without stress

Relaxing getaway

Relaxing and comfortable home, plenty of space, even with 7 travellers. Quiet and convenient location within walking distance to the beach. Centrally located to Jervis Bay. Definitely would stay again.

Great space, Great location.

The location of the house is close to the beach, was neat and tidy with lots of space for everyone. We couldn't get the WIFI working and the fan in the bathroom wasn't working but all round a great stay.

House was lovely! We enjoyed the hammock and grill out back and the space was clean and welcoming. Could use new screens to keep bugs out in the evening, but not an issue to close the house up and turn a/c on. Other than an unexpected water turn off by the county which left us without cooking and showers for the day, everything was perfect. Outage wasn’t owners fault at all, but should have been told ahead of time so we could plan. All in all we would 100% return for a holiday.

We had a group of people from overseas and interstate all related - family - this property is perfect in supply of items to manage a relaxed holiday for 10 people with cooking, beach going. ferry to Huskisson, comfortable couches, cool fans for hot days, excellent bathrooms, great cooking facilities...except frypans ...will definitely book again...thanks John

John’s place was above and beyond our expectations. The house is fully equipped with anything you’ll need away from home and has a lovely outdoor area for kids to enjoy and play when not at the beach. We appreciated all the baby items as a cot and high chair, as well as board games and ping pong table. We loved the fresh and clean smell of the towels and linen. We will hopefully be back soon!

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Enjoy calm swimming beaches and a relaxed coastal culture in this scenic town. Tucked into the northern pocket of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, Callala Bay has a boat ramp and jetty, providing easy access to the clear aqua waters for sailing, fishing and snorkelling. Make sure you keep an eye out for dolphins.

You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. It’s also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.

Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.

Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
