Hosting Lisa was a delight. Everything was left in good order and the bonus was that her son helped Army beat Navy in lacrosse. We would be happy to host the Caldwell family again

Kyle and is family were wonderful. Very respectful of our home and took care of is of it was their own. Kyle was a great communicator. It was an honor to have them and we hope they’ll return.

I can't recommend this home highly enough. It provided everything we hoped for—and then exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the hosts had thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable.The kitchen was especially impressive. It was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need, including sugar, spices, a variety of coffee options with fancy coffee makers, both a microwave and a toaster oven, and even ice waiting for us in the freezer. At one point I wondered if there were any resealable plastic baggies available, and sure enough, they were already in a drawer. It was clear that the hosts had anticipated their guests' needs.The living room was warm and inviting, with magazines available to browse, and we especially appreciated the personalized welcome book. It contained clear instructions for the Wi-Fi and television, recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and an easy-to-follow checklist for checkout. It answered nearly every question we could have had.Another thoughtful touch was the motion-sensitive night light in the upstairs hallway, which automatically illuminated the way during nighttime trips. Every room had its own air conditioner, so the entire house stayed cool and comfortable.This was one of the best-equipped vacation homes we've stayed in. The attention to detail and the hosts' commitment to making guests feel at home were very evident. We were extremely satisfied. Many thanks.

As an army brat and veteran I've traveled the world, yet I always feel most at home here in the Hudson Valley. I grew up tailgating at Army football games, cheering the Army hockey team, boating on the Hudson River, camping and hiking in Black Rock Forest. While you're here, I hope you'll enjoy the area as much as I do.

This house was built by my father in 1976 with my help. Most of our family members have lived here at one time or another. I love this neighborhood because it close to the gate of West Point, yet quiet and secluded. This property was originally part of the JP Morgan estate.

Unlike other properties in the area, we have a full kitchen, off street parking and a three season outdoor space where you can enjoy a barbecued meal or socialize by the fire pit.

The house is family friendly with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. We hope you'll feel welcome and at home here and return often. The Hudson Valley is beautiful in every season and has so much to offer.
