This was the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We traveled with both an 80 year old recovering from a hip surgery and a 2 year old toddler, plus a 9 year old & two 30-somethings- and this home perfectly accommodated all of us! The elevator was so helpful for my grandmother to get down to the pool which she so enjoyed. Beach towels are even provided if you just wash & return which was so nice!! There were foam blocks and other toys for my children. We saw dolphins and so many birds. Memories we will cherish forever. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

Breathtaking views from nearly every window in the house. Even with 10 people in the house we all felt we had privacy when needed and plenty of gathering room when needed. Wonderful outside seating options with 2 balconies and large outside space by pool. Everything you could need was provided. Beds and couches were so comfortable! Everyone agrees we will be back next year.

The house was beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 6. We enjoyed spending time on the back deck enjoying the ocean view.

The property is well designed to accommodate large gatherings. In our case, numerous family members were in town for the 90th birthday party for our oldest aunt. The elevator made it possible for the senior members to visit in the comfortable main living space, overlooking the ocean. Younger members enjoyed the pool and beach. At days' end, the Arkansas group got the whole upstairs, our GA couple took the main level king suite & everyone else (sadly, for them) bunked with local family.

Absolutely stunning! We came for Cruising the Coast 2025 and had a wonderful time. The grand kids loved the pool and catching crabs on the beach. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and was very well stocked. The drive into the property had the most spectacular view of the sunset. Loved every second of our stay.

Wonderful experience in beautiful home on quiet beach! Dolphins, pelicans, sea birds, quiet waves, beautiful private beach! Was a dream come true for my family! And so close to the home and beautiful museum of my favorite artist, Walter Anderson. We will be back!

The Magnolia Beach House is a 5 Star experience. My family truly enjoyed our time here. The house is perfectly located on a quiet beach just steps from the house. The pictures show just how beautiful this home is. Everything we needed was provided. We have already booked it for next summer.

What a beautiful place! Very pleased with our stay! Checkin was very smooth. Had all the amenities that you would need from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of toys to enjoy activities outside (paddle board, kayak, bikes, bag boards). And the view from every room could not be beat! Future guests…I would recommend bringing your own water and ice unless you are used to well water and not city water. Will definitely try to rent this place again!

Peaceful

Great area to relax and unwind for a getaway. The beach house had all the extras you need to feel special. You can catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets from this location. The owners have put much consideration into all the extras for families like having beach toys, kayaks and bikes. The dead end street makes it even better as it’s so quiet and no disturbances from noisy traffic. Definitely can’t go wrong with a visit here.

Great house

The house is great. We had plenty of room for extended family to spread out. Kitchen is WELL stocked. Private beach is super, only wish the water was clearer in this location, but such is the nature of the Gulf of Mexico. If you don't mind the brown water, this place is great and I would absolutely recommend.

Relaxing work retreat

Six educators from New Orleans thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity to work together uninterrupted in serenity. The home was equipped with many comfortable amenities. We so appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with many extras supplied by the owners. Wonderful home! The view is spectacular!

Amazing house! Great, responsive owners! Perfect vacation. Private destination.

High-end finishes. Huge Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. 2 primary suites. Elevator makes packing in and out a breeze. This has been our Christmas destination for the past two years and we couldn’t have wished for anything better. The owners were amazing and immediately responsive both years. The hot tub was the icing on the cake.

Perfect Family Mini-Vaca

We have stayed at several beach houses on this road in the past. This one had everything… and I mean everything. Kayaks and the paddle board made the trip spectacular for our teen boys. This house was so nice and the location was perfect. Clean clean! Even the beach was clean so no worries for the younger kids playing in the sand. The elevator was the icing on the cake; made bringing up luggage and groceries so much easier for the older folks. We’ll be back!
