The kids enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated how easy it was to get to nearby attractions while still having a calm place to come back to.The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washer and dryer made the stay very convenient for a longer trip with little ones. We really enjoyed the waterfront setting in Cherry Grove. It was peaceful and quiet, a nice break from the busier parts of North Myrtle Beach. The patio was a solid spot to hang out, especially in the mornings and evenings.Parking and check-in were both easy, and everything felt straightforward from arrival to departure. Overall, this was a solid, no-stress stay in a calm location. It worked well for a group of guys just looking to relax.

Overall the condo was good. Some upgrades would be beneficial. Don’t expect to have enough silverware or plates etc for a meal more than 3-4 people, very little glassware, plates etc. No blind over the long entrance window at the front door, definitely needed that fixed with some type of covering. Mattresses especially master need an upgrade. More blankets for each room, and bedding that fit the beds completely not hanging over 1” from the side. It was very clean and nice layout but a little over priced with taxes and all after what we heard what other prices were being paid in same complex.

Pros: location was good and within a reasonable walking distance to a lot of fun things.Easy check in and check out Everything worked for the most partGood response time from rental companyNegatives- We got a huge list of things we had to do before we checked out. ( completely stripping all the beds etx otherwise they would charge us 75)The back slider door within 5 minutes of being there locked us out on the patio ( luckily the master slider was unlocked so we had a way back into the condo)Carpets in master were stained The blinds in the living room kept breaking and falling off, quite a few were missing.Blinds in the bedrooms did not work either. Now a little more about the situation, i did reach out to the company about one bedroom not having the cable box, the blinds, the back door and to ask for extra blankets. The response i got was they would let management know and if we wanted extra blankets they would have to charge us.We left for the day and came back to our back slider door unlocked, used dishes in the sink ( not ours) and no notification of someone accessing our condo. While they did promptly have someone come take a look at the slider and fix the tv situation we didn’t appreciate having someone access the condo without letting us know, leaving dirty dishes and leaving our bedroom slider unlocked when we had valuables in our master bedroom.All and all the experience was good but reason why they are getting a 4/ 5 stars

What a great condo this was for 3 "old friends" to relax, unwind & laugh! The condo was spotless (although a little dated, but so are we LOL). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our only issue was we didn't realize there was no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor) but the only time this was an issue was unloading & reloading the car during check-in & check-out. BUT we did it with laughter!
