Family Friendly Condo in Oceanfront Building

Located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, the 2 BR, 2BA ocean-view condo provides the perfect location for your next getaway. Unit updated in 2020. It is located 2 miles from Barefoot Landing (over 100 shops and many dining possibilities), 10 miles from Broadway at the Beach, numerous Golf Courses, the House of Blues and The Little River waterfront with the only Casino Cruise in the Carolinas is also nearby.
The space
Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view condo that is located on S Ocean Blvd. in an ocean-front building. The unit features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and dishwasher. Cookware includes a griddle, crockpot, toaster, blender, coffee maker as well as a variety of pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. Free WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv with smart-tv so you can access your own Netflix or Amazon accounts, in addition to numerous free apps and cable. A DVD player is also provided. There are books , cards, board games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. There are puzzles, coloring books, and youth cards (old maid, crazy 8's...) available for the younger members of your group.

All sheets and bath/kitchen towels are provided, as well as a starter pack of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, dish-washing liquid, trash bags and soap.

Beach towels are not provided.

An outside storage unit is available for beach items so you don't have to carry them to the unit each time, there is plenty of room for your golf clubs also. We try to keep a variety of beach chairs and toys available for your use but they are not guaranteed. Access code will be provided upon arrival.
Guest access
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must stay in the unit. Access to the condo is by keypad and the access code will be provided prior to your arrival.

Free Parking on-site (2 spaces). Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed at all times. Parking violations may result in the vehicles being towed at your expense.
Other things to note
Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed.
NO pets or animals are allowed.
Maximum 2 cars allowed.
NO Smoking or vaping or use of any tobacco or marijuana products on the property (inside or outside).

Great location

This was a great location, close to the beach, but away from all the large resorts. Condo was clean, a little dated, but was very accommodating and everything worked as it should. Would stay again

Great Stay- Would Stay Again

Overall, great stay. Love the location. So close to everything yet removed from lots of traffic. The bagel shop across the street is amazing. The condo itself is in a great spot (only up one flight of stairs and close to the stairs). The furniture is dated but it didn't bother us. Overall, we would stay again!

Great beach get away

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Property was clean with very well stocked kitchen. There were a good amount of beach toys/chairs/sand wagon. Great location for variety of restaurants in close driving distance. Very safe and family friendly neighborhood and beach. Appreciated having washer, dryer and hair dryer. Host was very prompt to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable

The oceanside location allows a partial ocean view from the side balcony. This is an older complex and our unit showed its age, although clean and comfortable. We had a few issues but the owner was quick to respond.

Weekend trip

Property is nice. When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. This was an issue with the cleaning service. I called the owner and they came in right away and cleaned the property while we were at a show and out to dinner. He is planning to knock our cleaning fee off of our stay. Very prompt response. Everything went well thereafter.

Great stay in Windy Hill!

Affordable, comfortable condo; not oceanfront but has a great ocean view, easy access to beach. Ample parking for 2 cars per unit. Having access to beach chairs was a welcome plus, as was 8' deep pool. Enjoyed the "home" feel and responsiveness of owner. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Perfect spot by the beach!

We had an excellent stay here! We loved how we were steps from the beach. Also the beach items provided, saved us a lot of room in the car. The owner was always very prompt and kind with anything that came up. We will keep this spot in mind for our future vacations!
