Welcome to Commodore 702, a Gulf-front retreat on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. Steps from sugar-white sand, this location is within walking distance of local dining favorites and just minutes from marinas, golf courses, and St. Andrews State Park.

The resort features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. Direct beach access allows guests to enjoy chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, or simply relax by the water.

Complimentary Beach Service Including Two Chairs and an Umbrella Available March to October

Great unit! Fast elevators. Very quiet end of PCB less than a mile from the state park. Walking distance to Patches Pub and Schooners. Easy parking. We were able to check in 2 hours early but had to pay a 50 early check in fee. Never had to do that before in all my years of renting condos. It was our choice to pay it and get unloaded and settled. The bed could use new pillows and a blanket and the shower curtain was moldy. The balcony was large with lots of seating and great sunset views. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Included was dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash and a few rolls of tp. Cute kitchen window overlooking the marina area. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The ladies in the office were super nice and helpful. The beach service with the 2 chairs and umbrella was great! All in all this was a very nice unit.

I wanted to take a minute to write a review on this condo. This was our first vacation without the kids. This little condo was perfect size for just the 2 of us. Booking the condo was a breeze and the communication with the Condo Office leading up to the trip was easy and they answered all questions quickly. Upon arrival, we pulled up to the security office to check in. They verified who we were and had our parking pass ready to go. We got to the room on the 7th floor, typed in the code and had no issues getting in the unit. Unit was very clean and had a nice little welcome package on the table. We had a Keurig Style coffee maker (this is a must have to book a room LOL) and a regular coffee pot. Had all the kitchen necessities we needed. We made a trip to Aldi to grab food and condiments such as salt and pepper. The room was very cozy and having 2 bathrooms was great. The balcony is amazing. Being able to access from both the bedroom and living room was great. We did not have any issues with the condo whatsoever. The best amenity is the condo included beach chairs for your stay. And these aren't the usual fold out beach chairs. These are the full 2 person lounges with thick pads and big umbrella. The first day in the beach, we checked in with the chair attendant and they assigned us our lounges for the week. These guys were great as well. Overall, we were very impressed with what we got for what we paid. We also love this end of the beach and will def stay again.
