Welcome to our spacious 3 story home in North Oakland! The home can comfortably sleep 16 guests and is well-furnished throughout the entire home. Large groups will be very comfortable here and we`re centrally located very close to Pitt campus and CMU!

First floor:

Step inside through the front door, easily accessible with a smart lock. To your right is the welcoming living room, a haven for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment. Gather here to bond and unwind, furnished with plush sofas and a large TV for your enjoyment.



Adjacent to the living room is the inviting dining area, accommodating 6 guests. Plates, cups, and cutlery for up to 16 people are at your service.



Next to the dining area, you`ll discover a premium fully remodeled kitchen, equipped with top-notch appliances like a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, and microwave. Ample cabinet space ensures everything has its place.



Step out from the kitchen to a tranquil back porch and yard, providing a serene spot for leisure.



To top it off, adjacent to the dining room, you`ll find a complete bath, fully stocked for your convenience.



Second floor:

As you head up to the second floor, you`ll find a variety of sleeping options with a total of 4 bedrooms, along with a conveniently placed full bathroom.



The first of these bedrooms doubles as a functional office space, perfect for handling tasks and getting work done. And when it`s time to wind down, a folding bed is there for your relaxation.



Moving on to the second bedroom, a welcoming king-sized bed takes center stage, complete with its own set of closets, a dresser, and an entertainment-ready TV.



In the third bedroom, you`ll discover a cozy queen-sized bed, complemented by ample closet space and a practical dresser.



At the end of the hallway, an elegant touch graces the fourth room. This inviting space includes a TV, a dresser, and a well-organized closet.



As you step out of this fourth room and turn to your right, a fully stocked full bathroom awaits, ready to provide rejuvenation and comfort after a day of activities.



Third floor:

Welcome to the third floor, where you`ll find abundant space and an array of comfortable beds for your enjoyment!



The first bedroom on this floor boasts 2 full-sized beds and generous closet space, ensuring everyone has room to settle in.



In the second bedroom, you`ll discover 2 queen-sized beds and an additional folding bed for extra sleeping options. This room is well-appointed with a TV for entertainment, a dresser, and a spacious closet.



Step out of this room and to your right, you`ll find a well-equipped full bathroom, ready to cater to all your needs during your stay.
