The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all on one floor.
All bedrooms have king size double beds. Master bedroom has its own bathroom, a large dressing room and sea view from the bed!
All bedrooms have a terrace door that leads out to different terraces with direct access to the pool area.
Adjacent to one of the bathrooms is a laundry room with both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The very large open plan kitchen and living room has a magical sea view through the extra tall sliding glass doors - which lead out to the terrace and pool area.
The living room has a large corner sofa and the 55` large TV has Spanish channels. The Smart function allows you to log into your own accounts for Netflix, HBO etc.
The kitchen has all the appliances you need for a truly enjoyable holiday and nothing has been spared for you to enjoy and relax.

You have a short private driveway where you are parking for four cars, within your private locked gate.

The beach bar & beach restaurant is right outside the house (about 30 meters) and you have several restaurants within a short walking distance.

You will have private access to the entire house, pool area and garden (including parking for four cars).
You have access to a laundry room next to one of the bathrooms, where you will find both a washing machine and a dryer.

La Azohia is a wonderful and quite small village in the bay of Mazarrón.

Here there is a mix of permanent residents and vacationers, as well as luxurious and sophisticated villas mixed with apartments and smaller fishing cabins.

You will find several restaurants and bars, and you have a small supermarket in the village.

You will find beaches all along La Azohia and you have a large number of trails for both mountain hiking and mountain biking just around the corner.

We recommend a car as it is a short distance to major supermarkets, shops and the port of Mazarrón.

We also recommend a visit to Cartagena city, which is a historic city with many tourist attractions.

Please note that this villa is completely newly built and very lavish in furniture and design.

If our guests damage something, this must be replaced by the guest.
