Villa Delfin est une villa individuelle de luxe entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et meublĂ©e Ă  un niveau Ă©levĂ©, situĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme, entourĂ© de sommets montagneux, sur un grand terrain de 840m2. La villa a 4 chambres Ă  coucher et 4 salles de bain. Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation et du chauffage central au fuel pour les nuits d'hiver plus fraĂźches. La villa peut facilement accueillir toutes les gĂ©nĂ©rations de votre groupe familial et s'avĂšre une grande maison familiale au soleil. Les jardins matures sont plantĂ©s d'une variĂ©tĂ© de grands arbres et arbustes qui offrent de l'intimitĂ© tout autour de la propriĂ©tĂ©. À cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine de 12 x 5 m avec des marches romaines se trouve une superbe cuisine d'Ă©tĂ© avec barbecue et coin repas. La villa dispose d'un grand port de voiture en brique avec parking pour plusieurs voitures. Le parcours de golf de Camposol est Ă  une courte distance de la villa, et il est Ă  seulement 15 minutes Ă  30 km de plages de sable dorĂ©. Le parc national de la Sierra Espuna Ă  proximitĂ© est le lieu de prĂ©dilection pour le vĂ©lo et la marche. Les magasins et restaurants locaux sont Ă  seulement quelques minutes Ă  pied.

Everything available what you need for basic holiday, large pool, spacious house and space around house. Smooth check in and out, very nice and welcome host. Good for extended family or group of friends, 4 bedrooms all with air conditioners and showers. We have been there for two weeks and really enjoyed the family time together. Close to shopping area and restaurants, good location and very quiet area. Everything was in working condition, of course hardly used but working fine. Hot tub had broken glass holder and dirt on the bottom, we not often use it but working good. Showers- we haven’t got a hot or even warm water, just like on pool. So we little bit struggle with that because we prefer warm shower, specially hair washing was a challenge. Upstairs shower has very bad water draining. Anyway we deal with this and enjoyed the time together and absolutely happy. Really good for the price and hope one day we can get back.

Wonderful villa

We have just come back from a 7 day stay at Villa Delphin and wejust want to say how lovely it is. Everything you need is there, spotlessly lean and very spacious. The pool and outside kitchen are fabulous and the kitchen was a great escape from the midday sun. We have family who live in Camposol and we have visited it many times, this villa is the best we’ve stayed in and certainly will book again. Anita was very helpful and always returned calls or messages. Thanks FrĂ© for the use of your great villa

Villa Delphin

Just got back from a two week stay at this beautiful villa , located in a nice quiet area of Camposol , local bars , shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away , had a fantastic stay , villa was Beautiful inside and out ! Pool was amazing , lovely and warm and huge , all of us where in there every day , the local area has everything you need , there’s a coach you can book for €10 which will take you to the port of MazarrĂłn and bring you back which we used twice during our stay , can’t recommend this villa enough , thanks to FrĂ© for letting us drop our bags off early due to changed flights , and thanks to Anita who sorted a little problem out for us , overall excellent holiday by all , 7 adults and two kids , we all agreed we would love to stay here again , Thanks

A gem for families or friends sharing.

The property is beautiful and set in a very quiet location. Shops and bars are only 5 minutes away in the car. The restaurants in the centre are exceptionally good. You couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the villa. It has a large garden with secluded areas. The enormous pool is kept exceptionally clean and there are lots of trees for shade. The outdoor kitchen also offered respite from the midday sun. Mr. Blackmeer the owner was easy to contact for any queries. He always got back straight away.

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis dans la villa que nous avons trouvée dans un état impeccable , trÚs bien équipée, un lieu idéal pour les vacances. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse , de la piscine, de la cuisine d'été, c'est un endroit qui invite à la détente. Nous y avons passé une merveilleuse semaine . La casa estĂĄ super completa, muy preparada de todo y con todos los artĂ­culos necesarios. Todas la habitaciones tienen baño, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. (una de ellas tiene un mini frigorĂ­fico!) Todo fue muy bueno. Hay un supermercado muy cerca (3 minutos en coche) y se tarda unos 15 min hasta MazarrĂłn. Lo Ășnico que sentimos falta fue de una mĂĄquina de cafĂ© de capsulas o espressos para los mĂĄs aficionados al cafĂ© fuerte como nosotros. :) Tiene cafetera de filtro. Seguro que volveremos, nos ha encantado!

Enjoyable trip

Very happy with all aspects of our stay, the property was clean and well presented and it is fair to say every member of our party was blown away with the property and location. Perfect property in a great location, close to all the amenities of Camposol A Sector

This property is a beautiful clean property which easily sleeps a family of 10. Inside the property is very well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Outside there is ample space with large pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen area, which is ideal for a summer barbeque. I would highly recommend this property for a family holiday in this area.

Best villa in the area.

It was a pleasure to stay here even though it was only for a short time, could not ask for anything more everything we needed was here to enjoy our short stay. I can't wait to come back again next year. Hopefully if we leave Brexit it shouldn't stop myself and my wife looking for a property to buy on Campolsol for our retirement. We, Fre and Grietje from the Netherlands, bought our stunning villa in May 2014.
We immediately fell for this splendidly fully furnished detached house with swimming pool on a large tract of land.
There is also a sizeable outside summer kitchen where you can utterly enjoy the long Spanish evenings.
We own a car which can be rented.
We chose the location of Camposol because we definitely wanted to be close to the important amenities, such as a supermarket, other shops and services, restaurants, tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course with club house.
You will find yourself in an area that is well worth exploring, and we wish you a very pleasant stay and a wonderful holiday.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The surrounding area has much to offer, with the boulevard of Puerto de Mazzaron with its perfect sandy beaches and harbour, and the Bolnuevo beach at only a twenty minutes’ drive away from the villa.
There are many cultural sights in the area, too, like the historic cities of Aledo, Murcia and Cartagena.
The landscape surrounding Campesol is varied, with mountains and valleys, horticulture and orange, lemon and almond trees.
