Maison de ville avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain Unité 5. Construits en août 2016, ces logements de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains de style maison de ville sont nichés dans le parc national de Watkins Glen. Unité 5 dort 10 invités dans des lits queen constitués avec des draps frais pour votre arrivée. Les trois salles de bain complètes, une au premier étage et deux au deuxième, sont pourvues de serviettes propres et de gants de toilette.



Le coin salon / repas comprend des sièges confortables, une télévision à écran plat avec une grande sélection de chaînes câblées et une table à manger pour 6 personnes. La cuisine complète a une batterie de cuisine de base, de la vaisselle, des verres et des couverts. Enregistrement facile avec le code d’entrée fourni avant votre arrivée.


Situé dans une zone boisée et calme, le parc national de Watkins Glen est littéralement notre cour arrière. Il se trouve à quelques pas de l’entrée principale du parc et du centre-ville et à moins de 2 km du lac Seneca.

Easy access and close Watkins Glen. Just up hill from Watkins Glen State Park. Roomy with plenty of necessities. No views and parking is tight or not available when all units full. Overall good but a little dated.

The home was clean & comfy. Could use some more seating in living area, maybe a lamp in the corner for a bit more lighting. But great stay overall! Awesome to have more than 1 bathroom! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Watkins Glen Weekend

This is a wonderful property in an ideal location to walk to the south entrance to Watkins Glen SP, get onto the Finger Lakes Trail, or walk into town. Clean, spacious, and everything works as expected! Will definitely stay here again!

Great place in a great location

We had 4 guys stay for a long, end of February weekend. Had zero problems finding the unit, checking in/out.Place was exactly what you see on the VRBO site..No problem walking from this place to all the great spots in Watkins Glen. Definitely will book again!

The townhouse had everything we needed including paper products. House was clean and perfect location to the state park and the Glen. Only suggestion is a second key! Thanks for a great stay.

All that we needed

Situated on a hill, but nearby everything we needed. Super easy check in/out. Quick response when we contacted the property manager. Only draw back is the limited parking. Unit is accessible for someone who uses a walker, but no grab bars in the bathroom to assist there. Which wasn't an issue for us, just something we notice as healthcare workers. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, but

Location was terrific, it served our needs and the management was responsive to inquiries. However, the driveway was treacherous and parking was awful. Huge muck puddle in front of our unit that must always be there since the water comes down the mountainside.; and tight quarters for getting in and out of the spaces. We were 5 and it was a perfect fit, but would be really tight with more people - lack of comfortable seating. It would also be awkward cooking in the unit given the design. We found some wasps inside a bedroom and had a hard time regulating temperature on the first floor - and the unit made a loud noise when running. Management sent someone to check it out but their response back was quite condescending. It didn't ruin our stay, but we would not go back.

Like the title says it was clean for the most part and very close to town and the park. We walked most places. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced. All of them are "cannoed". The amenities are very basic but met our needs. A washer/dryer would be nice and the hot water heater wasn't nearly big enough. The lighting is terrible to say the least. Needs a few lamps in the common room and lights above the sinks in the bathrooms. Overall a decent stay.

Nice Property, Great Location But Some Glitches

Property is as described and nice in a great location. Walking distance to Watkins Glen welcome center and restaurants, establishments in the town of Watkins Glen. Place was only moderately cleaned, as the carpets in the bathrooms and stairs/upstairs hall were a but dirty and the floors in the unit could use a good scrubbing, and the stove could use a good cleaning. However, otherwise, the unit was acceptable. The biggest issue was the air conditioning was not operating and it got VERY HOT in the unit. We contacted the owner about this and the fact that a good was coming off the hinges. The door issue was very quickly resolved, but the AC issue was never addressed and we had yet another uncomfortable night/morning in the unit because of the temperature before leaving. Otherwise, the property was acceptable and in a great location.

Everything was great except...

We loved the place...the location, the size, the amenities! However, we did notice that the floors were dirty. It seemed like they weren't vacuumed or cleaned. In the downstairs bathroom, there was a person's contact and dirt. In the downstairs bedroom, there was stuff on the rug that needed to be vacuumed. Upstairs, the carpet needed to be vacuumed as well. The only other thing would be the shower curtains being somewhat dirty(start of mold) on the bottom in the corners.

Nice clean place. Close to downtown. Only problem we had was not having enough hot water. There were 6 of us and only 1.5 of us had hot water in the morning.
