Wonderful stay! We spent 3 nights at this beautiful house with our children. It’s a very cozy, clean, charming place and it makes you feel at home. Clear instructions to check in and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming with Vicorian home character and a lovely colorful decor. Caitlin has answered most of the questions her guests might ask with thorough and well placed written instructions about the apartment as well as maps and informational literature about the area. It is a very short walk into town and close to the waterfront. We will definitely try and book a reservation there the next time we are in the area.

My husband and I came up for a quick anniversary getaway. The unit was adorable and quite nice. The bed in the master was comfortable, and the living room g room furnishings with the little electric fireplace were cozy. We loved the front and back decks for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails. The first aid kit in the kitchen was a nice touch. Especially since I forgot the Advil! We will definitely stay here here again.

We felt very comfortable in this charming, historic home. The beds were comfortable - every single space had its own heating system - - the hosts provided all possible necessities (extra fans, extra blankets, facial cleansers, Hersheys kisses, spices, full-length mirrors, bedside lighting, cooking utensils, a shoe tray, Roku television, outdoor string lights on both porches, to name a few) - communication was seamless - the location was fabulous - the neighbors were quiet and it was spotlessly clean!The only wee tiny issue we encountered was that the main bedroom was bright at night. We are used to complete darkness. If you are too, bring an eye mask.

This apartment was perfect for our weekday getaway for two! The space was comfortable and clean with beautiful vintage woodwork and hardwood floors. There were so many thoughtful touches: the toiletries in the bathroom, the fluffy throws, and the small box of first aid supplies. The washer and dryer were great to have in the unit and worked perfectly. It was a quick, easy walk into the main part of town from this apartment but be prepared to climb the hill on the way back up. Good workout! We appreciated the quiet heating units in each room, and they kept us warm and cozy when the nights got cool. We loved relaxing on the two porches in the mornings and evenings.The king-sized bed was comfortable with extra blankets available, but we didn't need them thanks to the heater. If you are sensitive bright lights at night, an eye mask might come in handy as the downstairs porch light made the master bedroom bright. We highly recommend this sweet apartment and hope to return!

Stay is as pictured. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean bathroom, though water pressure is a bit low but older homes are like that. Nice porch area for sitting outside at night and with morning coffee. I thought this place would be walkable to town and harbor, which it is by maps but the hills are extremely steep, so just be aware, not walkable for seniors or kids.
