stay—please use ONLY what is supplied.
Improper flushing can lead to immediate backups and guest liability for damage.

Bugs Happen
Our homes are surrounded by nature and beautiful trees, which can occasionally bring uninvited guests — bugs! Because guests come and go frequently, you may occasionally see insects, including roaches known as Palmetto bugs. These are the outdoor type that come from the trees, not the kind associated with dirty homes.

We have professional pest control service every quarter and do our best to minimize their presence, but we can’t completely control nature. Please know we’re doing everything possible to keep our spaces clean and comfortable — and we appreciate your understanding that bugs sometimes happen in Texas!

***WE NO LONGER OFFER POOL HEATING
we no longer offer pool heating. It requires several hours and a significant amount of propane to heat properly, and the cost has become too high to continue offering it. That said, with temperatures consistently in the 80s, the pool is typically already quite warm and comfortable without additional heating. The spa is still available and can be heated on demand during the guest stay
