Peace & privacy in a large 2nd story living space with high ceilings, beautiful natural light & pine walls & floors, the authentic tipi is fully and luxuriously furnished for ‘glamping’ available as a weather dependent add-on to your stay at $75 per night and $35 cleaning fee. Relax in the hammocks & swings by the outdoor fire pit and cooking area while you enjoy watching the sunset, deer coming into a timed feeder, take walks & picnic in the field, or cozy up with a book or movie inside by the electric fireplace. Privacy and space for a quiet stay or for your kids to run wild in the country!

Two Step Inn Festival

We were in town for the music festival and this was a great experience, anytime we stay in the area, I will for sure see if this is available again.

Beautiful Mini Vacation

I enjoyed the property so much. It felt like we were out in the country area but everything we needed from Walmart to fast food was near by. It was nice seeing the deer and all the wildlife. We enjoyed it so much and will definitely rent again in the future!

Fun and Relaxing

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! The house was clean and the beds were comfy. It was perfect weather and the kids enjoyed all of the fun things to do outside while we were there. They seriously did not want to leave! It was conveniently located to the gyms that we needed to travel to while there. We will definitely be back to stay next year!

Gorgeous and Relaxing

So many beautiful settings to relax on this cute property. Thoughtful amenities such as water purifier and ice machine. Very comfy beds and bedding. Lots of room to spread out inside and out.

Family Weekend

My family was in town for a wedding. Katie and Will’s property was beautiful nestled in the forest just outside of town. We really enjoyed our stay, especially seeing the deer just outside the front door. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing with Family

We had an excellent visit with family in Leander which is just 10 minutes away from the property. The property was easy to access and we were well-oriented on the use of the property which is large inside and out. Climbing the stairs was easy and we enjoyed a great short bike ride at Lakeway Park which was just a few minutes away. The site is surrounded by trees and has a great country feel while just minutes from the city.

Weekend Getaway / Engagement Party

We booked this home for a weekend getaway / engagement party for friends. The owner was so accommodating and easy to reach as we hammered out the details. The bride and groom to be absolutely loved sleeping in the tipi outside, and the area was spacious enough for everyone in our party to have a great time. We would definitely stay here again whether or not we had a party to throw. The house was very clean and comfortable, and it was nice to feel like we were out in the quiet countryside while really being very close to amenities in Leander and Cedar Park.

Great Rental with Some Fun Amenities

Property was as described and perfect for our small family. We didn't get to use the fire pit due to weather but the kids enjoyed the hammocks and trampoline. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the host checked in to ensure all was well.

Very Thoughtful and Helpful

They replied quickly if we had any questions and the home was well prepared for a group. They even had a Primo water filter and an ice maker for fresh water and ice! This is a great place to bring a group that enjoys being outside and playing games with family. You even get to enjoy seeing deer all throughout the day.

Perfect spot for our event

Absolutely perfect venue for our little one's first birthday! The house was ideal for our needs, and the outdoor space exceeded our expectations—ideal for both kids and adults to enjoy. The host was exceptional, incredibly responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We'll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot for a family gathering

We rented this spot to host a baby shower for my daughter and son-in-law. The property is in a great location...away from heavy traffic, but close enough to all conveniences. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. The owners, Katie and Will are very responsive and are close by, if anything arises. Plenty of parking for gatherings. We will definitely request to stay with Katie and Will in the future.

2nd Time!

This is our 2nd visit as we compete with our dogs. The property is a wonderful place to decompress and enjoy after a day of competition. We can grill out or prepare a meal in the adequately stocked kitchen. Beds are comfortable, linens and towels laundered and the house is cosy and inviting. Note pet fees are not included.

Peace & Comfort Inside & Out

Katie & Will have created a country oasis that is peaceful and comfortable inside and outside. Our family enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the converted barn, the unique comfort of the tipi, and the ambience of the firepit under the stars. It was just what we needed and lacked nothing. Highly recommended as a get-away for two or many.

Great Hosts, Fun Property

Will and Katie were great hosts and the property is fun - a bit outside the city, lots of space, rustic and cozy. Unfortunately, the cold weather during our stay seemed to drive the rodents to seek shelter, and we found mice droppings multiple times in multiple places during our stay. Will and Katie were very sympathetic and responsive. Without those issues it would have been a 5 star stay.

Our Austin trip

I went down to Austin for a tattoo seminar.. so we decided to also visit and book a place with Katie and her husband they were great with responding quickly about anything we had questions about.. they even gave us directions to the tattoo shop, they also recommended places to eat
 but overall I love the friendly atmosphere that’s one thing I always look for definitely 5 stars!! Thank you guys for a great stay!! Also everything was very clean also loved the teepee!!

Such a beautiful and peaceful property!

We loved our stay so much it was so beautiful! The courtyard has a little for everyone this is the perfect place for outdoor lovers/families! We enjoyed a fire while swinging in the swings and relaxing in the hammocks! We got to watch deer every day come eat from the feeder and the cabin inside is just as beautiful! The owners are so nice and have done a great job of ensuring pleasure during your stay! We didn’t want to leave! I left feeling so relaxed! We can’t wait to come back!

Girls Trip Weekend

The place was nice and secluded, make sure to read and re-read the listing as there were a few things we missed. Such as the water well and that the home is on the second floor above the garage. The host does include a filtered water tank and an ice maker ! Which we used A LOT very grateful for that ! Our overall stay was great and would definitely go back! The outside is so gorgeous, but the little fish pond was dirty and had a smell to it that made sitting outside less appealing although we toughed it out and stayed outside for a good while as it was so relaxing. If we ever come back to the Austin area we will be staying here !
