We couldn’t ask for a better host and cottage to have our family vacation! The cottage was fantastic. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy a dinner gathering and spaces to have a quiet time. It was very well stocked ! Dylan was excellent keeping in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Dylan’s cottage for your vacation!

Our family of 14, had a fabulous summer vacation.Communication with host, Dylan was always promt to respond with any and all questions.Kitchen and all 4 bathrooms were very well equipped. The AC worked efficiently with the extreme heat we experienced this summer. The property was clean; well equipped for outdoor meals; seating with lawn furniture, covered with gazebo; Muskoka chairs on the deck and around the fireplace. Many thanks to Dylan!We are looking forward to rebooking.

Had an amazing experience, home was very well kept and clean. The back yard had an amazing view and lots of fun things to do. Friends wanted to use the hottub which was the only thing we noticed to not be as clean as the rest of the house but that's okay. Overall had an amazing time !!

This property had everything as listed and was true to the photos and descriptions. We had a fantastic stay enjoying the space and time by the lake. The kitchen was well stocked, better than any rental property our group has been to, which was a huge help when preparing big meals and during clean up. The host was very helpful in lead up to the trip and had an exceptionally fast response time whenever we had questions.

Every area of the house was very well thought out and allowed space for everyone. Just a couple suggestions would be to have some helpful instruction of the fire pit, such as having to buy your own fire wood, etc just so they know what to bring without having to go back out. Also, a hand rail going down to the basement would be helpful and safe.

The peace of Cooks Bay

We loved the location, sunset views and calm waters. There was plenty of room inside and outside of the house. It was also walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Beautiful Lakefront property!

Beautiful lakefront property. The yard and dock were beautifully maintained. Tons of indoor and outdoor space, fully stocked household (towels, kitchen goods). A great space for a quiet family vacation. Neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Highly recommend!

Great stay at cottage on the lake

The property was very clean, and extremely well supplied. The host has thought of every little detail. Communication with the host was very responsive. The location is perfect - very close to anything you'd need. The cottage and lake were amazing - shallow water great for kids. Definitely recommend!

Nice Waterfront Cottage

We recently stayed at this cottage for 3 nights. It is clean and spacious for our group of 10. The detailed house rules were easy to follow and lake access was very convenient.The beddings are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the sunroom was fabulous and we had a great time.

Awesome Time!

We had a fantastic time staying at the house in the lake! Plenty of space for ten people. Kids had the basement to themselves and were in heaven. Fished, had bonfires and enjoyed the hot tub. Rented a pontoon and jet skis from a local establishment right down the street.

A stay of perfection.

Myself, along with 11 others stayed at this gorgeous home on the lake for new years weekend. In person the place out did the pictures by a long shot. Everything Was kept clean, Ethan was quick to respond to any needs and made the entire process feel welcoming and easy with no stress.
