3 level home with split level entry. Lower floor has bedroom with queen bed and double bed, den with movie room, full bathroom & laundry. Middle level has kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with queen bed, full bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, and shared full bathroom.

Neighborhood:
Tierra Del Mar is a small community of homes 3 miles north of Pacific City on Sandlake Road. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Cape Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
