There was 16 of us, ages 0 to 79, and a pug to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The property is great. The best supplied house we have ever rented! Everyone loved the man cave/game room, hot tub and sauna. Pleanty to do at the house and close to everything. The only thing it was missing was a river view/access and a new dart board. We would definitely retun.

Great stay for adult family reunion. Everyone was happy and very comfortable, no real problems or issues whatsoever. Excellent kitchen facilities. We do recommend a binder w info on heaters, door locks, checking and checkout- we figured these all out but a binder would be helpful

Wonderful home for groups and families! The game room-garage is huge and so much fun for all ages. The entire home is well stocked with almost anything you could need. Beds are comfortable too! We will definitely rent again for our next big group vacay!

We had 18 people and everyone says this is the best place I've rented so far. Had a blast playing pool but sure wished we had a bridge. If you have a large family check it out

Delightful family time

This was our 2nd time staying at this wonderful property. Grammy & Gramps with 5 grand kiddos & their parents once again loved the hot tub, game room, and well furnished kitchen. Plenty of space for family meals, comfortable beds,& enjoying each other. Just the BEST!

Beautiful property and great for a gathering. Only thing is neighbors dogs barking the whole time but regardless property is worth the stay and the host was amazing at communicating. The game area was great to have some family fun.

Great property

Great property and space overall with well thought out amenities and supplies. Would stay again. A couple things to know though, for our stay the grill was very poor condition and quite filthy. My understanding is it's now being replaced so should be better for others in the future. Also, the neighbors' house is EXTREMELY close to the back deck and they are EXTREMELY sensitive to even the most reasonable low volume activity, making the back deck and hot tub almost unusable if you have more than just a couple people outside using the grill or hot tub.

Enjoyable stay

The house overall was an enjoyable place to stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with both equipment and spices/condiments (we appreciated the labels on the drawers and cabinets). The long table in the dining area was large enough for everyone to eat at, and also served as an excellent spot for cards/games for the whole family. The game room was an added bonus.

Great Family Reunion Location

Everyone enjoyed their stay! House was decorated comfortably and welcoming. There was plenty of room for our big group. The game room was AMAZING! It made the entire event special and fun! As quiet time was 9pm we moved indoors each evening and had so much fun playing ping pong, shuffle board, pool, darts, and many board games. The hot tub is in a great location for sunset dips and was clean and big enough to accommodate several families at once. The kitchen was stocked extremely well! All the cupboards were labeled so items were easy to find. Plenty of dishes and cookware for a big group. The owner was easy to contact when we had questions and was very helpful with quick responses. Our only concern was that the barbeque was not functional so we had to use a griddle that we had brought with us to cook our second meal. The outside could have benefited from a good leaf blower. We were playing cornhole in front of the house and the area was covered in dust and pine needles. The upper deck was also so covered in needles that our guest in that room chose not to sit outside. Overall a fantastic place for us!!!

Golf Trip

Needed a large home for 12 men who love to golf and goof off. This was the place! We stayed respectful of the neighborhood quiet hours, but that was easy with the incredible game room filled with activities. We had to drive some to get anywhere, but the barely-out-of-town location was just fine. Will book here again and recommend for large groups. Each person had their own bed!

Perfect Team Building Getaway

We reserved this property for one week. A group of seven coworkers from around the world. So many bedrooms; we all had our own room. The main house has an open concept kitchen, dining and living space that was perfect for laptop setup and collaboration. The converted garage game room was the hit every evening. So much fun for everyone. Super close to town but just far enough out to feel separate from the city. Thank you! We loved it!
