Maison Marina is our family second home, a refined and authentic sea view retreat located in the heart of Antibes Old Town, offering a rare first-row sea-view terrace directly above the Mediterranean, with direct access from the historic Amiral de Grasse promenade.

This elegant 1100 sqft (100 sqm) two-bedroom private house, arranged on an exceptional single-level layout (a rare feature in Old Antibes), comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Fully renovated, it combines historic character with contemporary comfort, providing uninterrupted first-row sea views and an exceptional indoor–outdoor lifestyle centered around its private terrace overlooking the sea.

Beautiful Location

Great location directly on the ramparts of Antibes. The view was magical and never got old. Just a few minutes walk from about anything. Property is nicely updated with modern finishes while still keeping the old world charm. If you are traveling from the US, you may want to bring washcloths as the property does not have them. And beach towels as there was only one at the home. Great property and would most definitely stay again.

Awesome view

We spent a week in this incredible house with an amazing water view of Antibes Old Town. We cannot say enough about this place, ideal location, close to all amenities, grocery stores, restaurants, tourist attractions (i.e Fort Carre, picasso museum, Cap Antibe litoral sentier). Also a short train ride (Uber available if you wish) to Cannes and saint-jean cap ferrat and lots of quaint little shops etc...The scenery was breathtaking, beautiful sunrises on the water and friendly community made this place extra special. We will miss Old Antibes and cannot wait to return someday highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Property!

My husband, adult daughter and I loved our stay in Maison Baeita. The apartment was beautiful, with chic furniture, comfortable beds, a well-equipped and modern kitchen and amazing views of the Med sea from the living room and terrace. The property is just steps away from the Marche Provencal, where we bought vegetables and seafood for our dinners. Henri was a terrific and attentive host. We could not have been happier. Beautifully renovated house in the old town

Really enjoyed our vacation in Antibes. This property is exactly as described and pictured and the property manager is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is well designed and the views from the living room were spectacular. We enjoyed the easy five minute walk to the Marche Provincal and Boulangerie every morning for breakfast items. We walked to the train station every day, a 15-20 minute walk, to take the regional trains to visit Cannes, Nice, Eze, and Monte Carlo. In the evenings we walked to the many good local restaurants. There’s also a grocery store within the old town area.

A Gem on the Mediterranean

This Antibes property is a real gem. It is located on the ramparts of the old town with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is spacious, elegant, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook from scratch or reheat delicacies from the nearby Provencal Market or the many shops and boulangeries just steps away. We ate at home 8 of our 10 nights in the apartment, eating each night on the beautiful patio/balcony. It truly is an indoor, outdoor living space. We have been to Antibes many times before, but with this apartment we have found a new favorite home away from home. Merci beaucoup, Henri.

Maison Marina is a truly excellent property.

We really loved Maison Marina. We spent most evenings out on the veranda : it's the best spot in the old town for people watching. Although we ate out a few times (there is a huge selection of excellent restaurants), we also enjoyed eating our meals on the veranda. The quality of the accommodation is excellent. Very comfortable. Fast wifi. Netflix and Prime on the TV. Aircon throughout the property is excellent. Great kitchen. It's less than 5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the bakery, about 10 mins walk to the supermarket. We didn't bother hiring a car, using the train for all our days out (of which there is a myriad of choices: Nice, Menton, Cannes, Dramont, Eze, Villefranche, St Marguerite, Monaco, Bay of Billionaires, Mont Boron, Cap Ferat, Grasse ). Communication with the property owner, and then his manager was superb. A very friendly, easy rental. Highly recommended.

Exceptional location and accomodations in Antibes

Property is exactly as advertised. We were thrilled when we arrived and we appreciated it even more as the week went on. The location is perfect. The view, access to the beach with a short 10 minute walk, the local outdoor market just around the corner. Ivan is a fantastic property manager and was very helpful before and during our stay. The front room with the dining table proved to be a huge highlight. While we had expected and looked forward to dining out every night of our stay, we ended up having dinner a couple nights in the apartment because the atmosphere is so amazing. Enjoying a meal and glass of wine at the table in front of those windows is branded into my memory of our Antibes stay. We were family of five. Our oldest enjoyed having the pullout bed from the sofa in the main room, which the rest of us share the two bedrooms. Worked very well. Highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Location

The views from Maison Marina are stunning. The sea is literally just across the narrow road and, because of the layout of the property, can be seen from three sides of the living room and from each of the two bedrooms. The colour of the sea is a stunning turquoise and is animated by the huge waves which attract kite boarders around the bay. The house is nicely decorated, very well equipped and furnished with everything you need during your stay. Henri, was the perfect host - greeting us on arrival and assisting with our departure, in addition to responding promptly to any questions we had during our stay. The location is right on the sea edge of the old town of Antibes - you can walk to restaurants within a minute. The daily market is behind the house a couple of minutes walk away. Antibes has plentiful restaurants to choose from. The Picasso museum is right there on the coast line, minutes from the house. We walked to Juan les Pins for lunch one day (not as pretty as Antibes) and took a one hour train ride into Monaco. There is plenty to do and this is a perfect Cotes d’Azur location. Loved it!!

Perfect location with beautiful views

My wife and I spent 4 days a La Maison Marina with another couple, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The views are beautiful, and it is conveniently located close to EVERYTHING - beach, harbor, the Picasso museum, the market and old town. It was the perfect size for our group of 4, with comfortable bedrooms, and a large and comfortable common area for visiting. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook the days market purchases. While it is right next to the road, the windows keep the apartment remarkably quiet. Antibes is a great little village with everything you need s short walk away. It's also centrally located so allowed for easy day trips to Nice and Monaco. So you get access to the big cities without being stuck in the middle of them. Henri and his team of Ivan and Hanna were very helpful. Henri provided good communication from the time we inquired on the property. Hanna greeted us and gave us tips about the property and shortcuts to the market. She also checked in to make sure all was well during our visit, Both she and Ivan were available when we we reached out with questions during our stay. Ivan was helpful even before our arrival. The airline had misplaced a piece of our luggage and we were concerned that if it was delivered to the house we would be away. Ivan arranged with a local business to have it delivered there so we wouldn't miss it. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect vacation

It was our 3rd trip to Antibes and by far the best - the apartment is really beautiful and clean, big enough for our family (2 adults and 2 children) with amazing view over the sea and a beautiful terrace to have a breakfast. The communication with the owner (Henri) and manager (Ivan) was helpful and pleasant. The only small challenge is to bring the baggage in and out at check-in and check-out (no parking possibility even for several minutes in front of the apartment). We can recommend this place without any doubts 🙂

Excellents contacts avec Henri le propriétaire et Ivan le majordome très disponibles et très réactifs , avant et pendant notre séjour. Un très grand merci à tous les 2. Le bien loué correspondait à tous points aux photos présentées sur le site et qui nous avait fait opter pour cette maison. Maison idéale pour 3 ou 4 personnes, de beaux espaces, très belle décoration faite avec goût . Nous avions tout le confort voulu et le nécessaire pour être confortablement installés ( machine à laver avec doses de lessive, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, les lits faits, des draps de plage, les serviettes de toilette... comme à l’hôtel ! Sans les contraintes. Et une vue magnifique sur le Cap d’Antibes et sur les yachts qui mouillent devant nos fenêtres...(nous avions pendant 3 jours le yacht de l’ancien émir du Qatar avec l’hélicoptère qui venait déposer les hôtes dessus.) Le fait d’avoir la possibilité d’avoir une place de parking au port Vauban a été déterminant dans notre choix de cette location car se garer à Antibes en plein mois d’août est une vraie galère . Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse car nous comptons bien y retourner. C’est la première fois que je réservais avec Abritel et j’avoue que j’étais inquiète jusqu’à la remise des clés car nous avions entendu fin Juillet que la plateforme ne payait pas les propriétaires de biens locatifs rapidement et que ces derniers menaçaient de garder les clés... Nous n’avons eu aucun problème sauf le contrat de location rédigé en anglais que nous n’avons pas voulu signer car contraire à la loi française . Quand il y a crise sanitaire et que les étrangers ne sont pas là, Abritel trouve des clients français donc merci de leur transmettre des contrats dans leur langue.

First Class Apartment

Central for everything in Antibes, spacious, fantastic view, guest's needs have been considered and everything works. Paula and Henri could not have been more helpful. Would definitely return.

Excellent accommodations in Antibes

Our family of 5 adults was very comfortable in this super clean and nicely decorated property. The best part was the convenient location overlooking the Mediterranean and walking distance to everything in old town Antibes. Paula was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit direkter Meersicht! Modern und schlicht gehalten, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt oder zum Meer. Die Eigentümer sehr zuvorkommend und persönlich vor Ort.

Perfect spot in Antibes

We intended to stay 7 nights but ended extending 3 more nights because the situation was so nice. The flat is perfectly located in the old Antibes town with an incredible view on the bay. Thanks to the flat location we discovered the old town by foot and had great walks along the shore. Our house manager, Ivan, was very helpful and available on demand with our requests. I strongly recommend this flat. We will be returning !
