We would absolutely love to stay here again whenever we’re in LA! The house was spectacular, the views were breathtaking, and the neighborhood was great as well. The home was even more impressive in person and made for such a wonderful and memorable stay.The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit, which we truly appreciated. We had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this home to anyone visiting the LA area. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was very accurate to the photos. The view in the backyard was unbeatable! We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host was extremely helpful with any questions we had and offered accommodations. Highly recommend this property for any group. The house was stacked with all kinds of games/activities and the Host even offered us a complimentary treat!

I loved the property and what it included! We stayed there from May 13 until May 20, 2026. The backyard was amazing and very well maintained! The breathtaking scenery was exactly what the online photos showed! As a family, the house accommodated all of us and we felt like home! Our host Amanda was responding to my texts in a timely manner! I highly recommend this house!

The house was better than the pictures. The view, especially the sunset, was amazing. The host was extremely responsive to all communication.

This house was gorgeous, and the view was spectacular. The house is literally perched at the top of a canyon, with an incredible backyard and beautiful view. The house and yard are immaculate. The kitchen is very well considered, and has all the amenities you could consider needing. Thoughtful additions like make up wipes, a rice cooker, and bottled waters were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. We felt extremely safe.I will mention that the AC only works in certain parts of the house, so the upstairs stayed warm, but the house was so beautiful and well thought out that I couldn’t knock a star off for that.Thanks for one of the best stays we’ve ever had through a vacation property!

Host was unavailable via the app, text or phone for the majority of our stay. On arrival we found food stains on the floors and stairs and even sent pictures and after we checked out the host was still insisting that we cause the mess ourselves! The no extra towels provided (1 per guest only provided for 2 nights) and big delay in sending over WiFi info when access was needed and cell service is spotty next to the canyon. After I pointed out all the issues host sent me a partial refund and a list of issues they said we caused which there’s no way were from us (stained towels and linens that required hand washing?) Avoid unless no other option!

The property was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. We had 2 whole families of 4 with teenagers and adults that needed to have their own beds in their own rooms. So it was extremely comfortable for everyone. We didn't really cook at the property, but everything was well stocked and equipped for us if we wanted to. We were able to take full advantage of the backyard in the late evenings when we returned from going around the city. It was such a fantastic property. Far enough to where it's pretty quiet, but close enough to where we are able to get to everything that we wanted to in L.A. and Santa Monica.
