Nice and clean updated apartment. The Luau has a nice enjoyable pool, it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back.

The view from our condo was beautiful from 2 sides since it was a corner unit. Appreciated the blackout blinds so we could sleep in. Many places we’ve stayed did not have them. Location close to beach and restaurants.

Stayed for 7 nights in June 2026 and was impressed with this place! Very clean and nice view of the pool and the Sandestin resort. Awesome pool that we spent a lot of time in and the beach was just a short walk. Got tram passes that we used a few times to get around Sandestin which was nice. Would definitely come back!

Location!!! Location!!! This condo is perfectly located! You're within minutes to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping! Highly recommend staying here!!It also feels safe being in a gated community, plus the entrance to the parking garage is also gated! Oh the view from the condo is exactly what the pictures show!!!

If we could give six stars, we would. Not only was the property beautiful, the communication with the owner was second to none. We had to reach out once by email about an access code I couldn't locate (my bad), and by telephone for an access code that didn't work (electronic issue). Both the email and call received immediate responses from human beings--not bots. It was refreshing and produced fast results, too. Super happy with the entire experience.

This property was beautiful. My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our anniversary and just relax. We chose this unit due to the view, modern updated style and location to the beach. Upon our arrival we found that this unit was the best decision. We absolutely loved it. There were picture windows throughout and the view was breathtaking. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. If we planned to cook big meals we could have with no issues. There were plenty of dishes, a crock pot, cookie sheets / muffin pans, coffee pot and more.Complimentary beach accessories (although we brought our own it was a nice touch) The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We have no complaints about this property and definitely plan to return.

The condo was spacious for 2 people. Communication with the host was excellent. We received our codes 3 days prior to arrival and everything worked smoothly. We will definitely be back!
