Hosts were accommodating to our family, and provided a high chair and pack-n-play. Place is family friendly, clean, and has good access to the pools.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Legacy Villas.Our host was extremely helpful and communicative.Villas was clean, spacious and well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels even for the pool. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. TheComplex has plenty of pools to choose from and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The grounds are lovely, with fountains, native plants and fruit trees.We will certainly return.

Great location

We loved the community, many pools, walks and security at the gate at all times.The condo was as photographed, great space, everything you needed in the kitchen.Loved that we could walk into old town La Quinta, lots of restaurants and coffee shops.We had no questions when we were there because Shannon had answered them beforehand and also sent a very comprehensive email.We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return ourselves next year

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had 2 separate king beds/baths and patio walkouts which was perfect for 2 couples. The location was great for golf and the local restaurants were fantastic. More than enough supplies in the condo.

Terrific location in the Legacy Villas community, close to the main clubhouse in large pool. The owners were very responsive, whenever we had a question or concern.

Lighting

We bought (and left the light bulbs) because the interior seemed dark. The paint color is a bit dark but we didn’t feel there was enough light to read in the evening. It was also difficult to find the condo at night. Addresses were not easy to find in the dark.

Resort oasis

Beautiful property including several pools, hot tubs, clubhouse, and gym. Backs to rugged mountains creating great views.

Great spot in a great community Lots of pools so you never felt crowded Central location Air quality in unit not the cleanest. Filters in ceiling showed dirty and when ceiling fans were running we both struggled with sneezing and coughing - other then that clean unit

Clean, comfortable and well appointed

We enjoyed 4 nights in this clean, comfortable condo. Our party consisted of my husband and I for the first two nights and our daughter and her bf joined us for the last two. There was plenty of room and privacy for all. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and location was great- easy walk to the pool at Legacy Villas but also nice walk to amenities at La Quinta Resort and quick drive to Old Town La Quina for a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Lovely condo

Unit had everything we needed even towels for the pool. Beds were very comfortable and the clubhouse was an easy 3 min walk. The restaurant open on the weekends for breakfast and lunch worked out perfectly!

Nice place

The place was nice. We had an issue with the AC but Shannon handled it right away. One of them just wasn’t working. She moved us to another one of her locations which was a few feet away. It was a much better solution than waiting for someone to come and fix it. She handled the situation swiftly. She was communicative and nice. Property clean and spacious.

Villa in the Desert

This is a very clean, well supplied condo. Two bedroom, two bath separated by the living area. Located in a beautiful, quiet resort, yet close to shopping & restaurants. Our only suggestion would be some more comfortable furniture. The couch back leaned way back, and one of the beds was quite soft. But still a nice week with our family.

Nice property and condo

We stayed at this same property several years ago in a different condo. We really like the property. Nice main pool and lots of smaller pools plus a fitness center and a restaurant open on the weekends. The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of bath and pool towels. We liked that it had two master bedrooms. Check in process was easy and the owners were great to deal with and responded quickly to questions. I am only giving this property 4 stars for 2 reasons. We found the lighting in the interior of the condo to be very dark. During the day we would open all the windows and turn the lights on and it was ok. At night with the shades closed, it was too dark for our liking even with all of the lights on. Not sure how the owner would resolve this, maybe some bright floor lamps. The cell service was sketchy inside and outside the condo. We have iphones and communicating with other iphone users was not a problem. However, texting or calling people who don't have iphones (inside and outside the condo) was non existent. We were traveling with other people at a different property that don't use iphones so it created a bit of a challenge. Overall, I would recommend this property if lighting is not an issue.
