Perfect location in Palm Springs!

This was the perfect location for us to visit friends in Cathedral City and proximity to downtown Palm Springs. The unit has lots of living space and was just right for our family. Definitely would stay here again next time we visit Palm Springs.

Great amenities, easy to get places from this loverly condo on the golf course. Nice outdoors spaces, handled 6 people with ease. Had everything we needed for a holiday reunion wirh family.

Great spot in Palm Springs

Great location in a really nice complex. Pools were fantastic, enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking the fairway. Very close to clubhouse, driving range and 2 golf courses. Had a couple of maintenance issues but Mark responded quickly.Unit could have been cleaner, but overall a nice spot.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful month staying here. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoy eating in, so we cooked a lot of our own meals and the kitchen was perfect for 2 or 3 of us cooking together. This host obviously thought of everything!

Great escape

The condo is in a great location and in a lovely gated community. The unit has all the conveniences of home and was clean and well furnished. The couch was very welcoming and the beds had comfortable mattresses. The view out the window was lovely looking out over the golf course. The host was great with communications. The description in the listing is accurate.

Winter Getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay at this golf course townhome. The clubhouse and driving range were a short walk away. The airport was very close and the downtown shops and restaurants were only 10 minutes by car. The main heated pool was never crowded and pleasantly warm. The condo was roomy with the kitchen well equipped. Mark, the owner responded to our texts promptly and we had no problems at check-in. The condo is very comparable to others we stayed at in the area. It provided us with the opportunity to escape our winter weather. We had a comfortable stay at this property. Thanks. V. Malenchak

Comfortable getaway

This place has everything one might need for a fun desert getaway. Some of our favorite things from the condo itself: We enjoyed the view of passing golfers on the 15th fairway from the back patio, all the beautiful birds, nice neighbors, #3 and #4 swimming pools, great location, and the tennis and pickleball courts (although we didn’t get an opportunity to play it would’ve been fun.) Some of our least favorite things: The air traffic goes right over this unit and there is a bit of road noise, as well, both of which we got used to, but visitors should know. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Mark’s place was a comfortable getaway. If we get the chance we might be back!

Good time at the pools and golf course breakfast

We had a very nice stay here. We had breakfast and coffee on the front patio overlooking the golf course and it was a great way to start the day. We went to the main pool with the hot tub and it was never very busy, and the other 5 pools had almost no one there whenever we walked by. The grounds are very pretty and quiet (except for the airplanes, but it was an asset for our kids to watch lots of low flying planes). The house itself is as pictured. I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 because of some small issues that could easily be addressed in the future, like brown stains and uncomfortable pilling on the main bedroom’s bedding, a used toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom drawer and random items in the medicine cabinet, missing slats on the blinds so we didn’t have complete privacy at night, needing to wipe brown scum out of the coffee pot before we used it. Nothing that would prevent us from staying there again, but some minor grossness and discomforts.

Great price, great place.

This place was great! Great location to everything! Loved the morning sunshine while sitting on the front patio overviewing the golf course. We tried 5 of the 6 pools; pool #4 was closest and our favourite for the duration of our stay, however pool #1 is the winner for morning sunrises while making its rays onto the mountains in the West. Absolutely beautiful 🌄! We had 46 Celsius (114+ Fahrenheit) weather, the AC unit worked fantastic in the condo! The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, mugs, dishes, flatwares & cooking dishes. For 5 of us, we never had a shortage of anything. Everything was perfect with the exception of it needing to be a wee bit cleaner. Spoke with the host and they plan to action this with their cleaners. Host is excellent, receptive to our comments, easily accessible and super friendly. My recommendation for this place: 8/10, great price, great place. Would/will I stay again, yes.

Great location and condo

The condo was nice and spacious with convenient parking. The kitchen was well stocked including a variety of spices and coffee, which was a bonus. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. We also really enjoyed the pools and spa in the community. We'd definitely rent here again.

Very nice townhome, excellent location

Mark was great to deal with, very quick to respond to messages. The property was furnished very nicely and the location is very convenient to all the attractions in the Coachella Valley! Within 15 minutes to many of the golf courses I played while there. This will be my first choice for future trips to PS!

Golf in Palm Springs

We had a great time in Palm Springs. The home we stayed in was close to all the activities we like. It also had all the amenities we needed. Mark was very helpful when we had a few questions and our month there was really enjoyable. It was a treat to travel again.

It is an older property, but that is not a criticism. We knew that before we rented. It felt like home. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
