Enjoy this comfortable 2023 build home centrally located less that 2 miles west of I-75 on Hwy 40! It is about 3.1 miles from WEC approximately 6 minute drive and 6.7 miles away from the new Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training facility (FAST). Enjoy a brand new and clean home for your next stay and better yet, be close to everything!
The space
Adrian’s pad has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room full kitchen and living room. You will also have access to the garage and a patio set in the back of the house.
Guest access
Home includes access to a private driveway and garage.
Other things to note
2 smart TV’s one located in the master bedroom (50 in) and one in the living room (58 in).
Vacuum cleaner available upon request.
We can also provide a Pack & Play upon request as well.
