Belle, récemment rénové, 1 chambre (+ coin bureau) dans une maison de caractère magnifique. Réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaque chauffante, four grille-pain LG et accessoires. Pleine taille laveuse à chargement frontal / sécheuse. Bain douche. Chambre avec lit queen size, salle de séjour avec canapé-lit. Wifi, télévision haute définition, blueray / DVD.

S'il vous plaît noter qu'il n'y a pas de cuisinière / four.

Magnifiquement fini et respectueux de l'environnement. Cork, granit, acier inoxydable, tapis de laine naturelle. Tout le charme et le caractère d'antan à l'extérieur avec des commodités et le confort moderne à l'intérieur.

Pas de vue de l'unité mais sortez vers l'une des meilleures vues de la ville. L'océan Pacifique et les montagnes enneigées.

Entrée privée à cet espace de niveau inférieur, à mi-hauteur. Notez que les plafonds sont sous-hauteur (6 1/2 pi). Il y a une famille qui vit au-dessus de l'espace et qui s'efforce de rester tranquille le matin / le soir, mais veuillez noter que cet espace n'est pas insonorisé.

Absalutely it's a home away home!

Well maintained suite, recommend for anybody who wants to have a peaceful vacation in Victoria . Owner is very helpful and friendly. Close to most of the amenities. Ideal vacation home!

IDEAL LOCATION

Very well designed, with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable.As they say location is everything and this condo certainly had it and more.Loved the park across the street, watching the dogs play and the kites fly.

Overlooking the Straight of Juan de Fuca

Amazing views of the cargo ships and freighters making their way into and out of the port of Vancouver. Walking distance of pretty much everything you could need. Very clean suite in a private home basement. Property owners living upstairs but very private for you. If you like to walk, Victoria is for you. This property is close to Fairfield and Cook street shopping areas as well as Beacon Hill Park. Highly reccommended!

Winter in Victoria!

We arrived to find the suite was just as stated. We stayed for 2 months and no issues. The suite was comfortable and convenient. I would recommend the suite if you are looking for a spot close to the inner city, parks and quite neighborhood. Very walkable to most downtown facilities but convenient to a great bus bus system at a very reasonable rate. Our host made every effort to see that our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely have no problem staying here again.

Wonderful access for walks along the beach.

Small basement suite with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed in separate bedroom. Great access to beach walks, parks, shopping, city centre, restaurants, galleries. TV only functions as a means of downloading from a personal device, so guest needs to have a way to connect to HDMI cord. Ceiling height is lower than usual so taller guests might find this uncomfortable.

One of the most loveliest places to stay at.

This rental suite is perfect for single or a couple. Property has a wonderful location at the coast line (it’s literally 100’ in front of you.) As well as near the Cook Str village. Walking of the area is very safe and near two very well known walking parks. The area is very quite and you’ll just love the inside of this space. The whole place is extremely well clean and easy access of the washer and dryer in the rental unit. I loved that they provided not only a listing of the restaurants in the area, but which ones they do suggest you visit while you stay in the rental. Cooking in the unit I did do a lot on my trip to Victoria. The suite did have everything needed to be able to cook. I will be staying here for a month again. It was just overall one of the top two places I’ve rented from in Victoria BC over the 20 years visiting Victoria. You need to rent this lovely suite.

Great Location

Step out and immediately begin a long walk or bike ride along the ocean shore. Close to shopping and Beacon Hill Park. Small but clean and comfortable. Great kitchen with washer and dryer; nice bed, good but compact bathroom. Five steps down to B and B entrance at the back of house: not the easiest access. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the house on the beach front was fantastic with a long promenade for walking or biking. The house was also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The Suite was beautifully clean and had lots of extras like coffe, olive oil etc. Thank you and we’ll definitely stay again!

Getaway by the Beach

We really enjoyed staying here. Would definitely come back. Great communication from the owner. Clear written instructions. Although we of course need to bring our own food, the kitchen contained a lot of nice touches (condiments, coffee, chocolate, etc.) It also was well equipped: we were not left searching for anything. No place is perfect of course. The mattress is due to be changed as it slumps in the middle. We were able to use the extra pillows to compensate. If that were replaced then we would give the place a score of 150%.

Great Stay

The property was perfect for us visiting our son in Victoria. It’s in a great location near the ocean and Beacon Hill Park. It’s very compact and ideal for a couple. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped including a washer and dryer. It’s a semi-basement apartment and if there was one slight downside, it did get noisy occasionally early in the morning from upstairs. The restaurant recommendations in the folder were useful and accurate. Overall, a great place to stay.

We fell in love with Victoria 16 years ago and have lived here ever since. We wake up every day and can't believe we are lucky enough to live in this beautiful place. We're both environmental professionals and when not working spend our time paddling, surfing, hiking, or just having gourmet coffee and people watching at one of the many local cafes. We live in the main house just above the suite.

You can't beat being right by the beach and beautiful parks, but still just a short stroll from all the amenities and charm of Cook St Village. We always dreamed of raising a family in this neighborhood and are so grateful to be here.

Amazing location by the beach, the park, and all amenities. The house is also an incredibly unique character home with gorgeous features; featured in the City's book on heritage homes. Its an amazingly friendly area with great neighbors of all ages.
