Modern, Fully Accessible 2-Bedroom Suite in Victoria with Private Patio

Welcome to Roo’s House! This 860 sq foot accommodation in the lower level of a private residence, offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Additionally, you have a full size washer/dryer, brand new kitchen appliances including dishwasher and Insinkerator/garburator. The suite is fully wheelchair accessible with wide hallways and doorways. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and baking needs. The suite has air conditioning and heating via a heat pump. There is a south facing private patio and garden area for rest and relaxation. There is parking for 2 vehicles and some street parking for your visitors.

Roo’s House is centrally located in the Capital Region. It is 15-20 minutes from the downtown core, 10 minutes to the Westshore, 20 minutes to UVIC, 25 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to the BC Ferry terminal. You are 2 blocks from the Galloping Goose commuter bike trail and are surrounded by trail systems and parks for your walking or running enjoyment.

This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property.

Diane’s place was super clean and well stocked with mineral waters, coffee/tea, complimentary pastries and many other necessities. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the patio enjoying the hummingbirds and the stars at night. Would happily return.

This property and the host were amazing. Quiet, close to the cool stuff in Victoria, immaculate and welcoming. It's the best VRBO I have ever stayed in --by far. Only sad part is that I didn't get to met Roo!

We stayed at Diane's suite for 5 days while we were on vacation on Vancouver Island. We have never stayed at a nicer Vrbo unit. The apartment is beautiful and very well-appointed. We especially appreciated the fresh pastries that greeted us in the unit when we arrived! Diane was a wonderful host: not only did she answer all of our communications promptly, but she offered helpful advice and even gave our daughter a small, meaningful gift. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Diane!

I cannot say enough about this sweet little VRBO! It’s absolutely stunning and the host thought of everything! From leaving fresh baked pastries and refreshments in the fridge, to stocking the bathroom with anything you may have forgotten. The closets had anything you’d need for the beach, kids, or pets! The place was cozy, lots of room for 3 adults and a very nice private outdoor patio area. It’s close to everything. She also left a book with suggestions on site seeing and anything you might want to know, like nearest grocery store. It was brand new and quiet. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

This property was lovely, probably one of the best I’ve stayed at. Very clean and well-equipped. Diane was very attentive and thoughtful in all of the additional touches. The baked goods from a local bakery were such a treat when we arrived! The beds were very comfortable and the suite was very quiet. Would absolutely stay again.

Easily one of the best VRBO properties we've stayed at. Diane is an excellent, communicative host and the state of her property is first rate. Extremely well kept and clean. Highly recommend this accommodation that is in an ideal location to get around anywhere in Victoria!

We would 100% stay here again on our next visit. The place was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a nice stay. Everything is brand new. The patio space is a nice place to relax and even has a grill.
