Guest access
Guests have access to Palmaire and its private backyard with pool, spa, misting system, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, outdoor dining, and 2 patios.

Two car garage is shared with the owner. Guests will have access to one garage parking spot and driveway access.
Other things to note
Primary renter must be 25 years old per Palm Desert STR regulations

All utilities are included with the exception of pool/spa heating which is charged to you at cost. If you choose to use pool/spa heat we will collect an optional deposit from you and we will refund the unused portion at the end of your stay.
