With touches of French country elegance, grandmillennial flair, and a nod to the city’s fleur-de-lis heritage, this cozy escape is as unique as it is welcoming. Perfect for lovers of character-filled spaces and vibrant local vibes!

Just a short walk to Bardstown Road, you’ll find some of the city’s best shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and vintage stores.

You’ll love the beautifully remodeled kitchen, complete with quartz countertops, a stainless steel double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, KitchenAid mixer, and all the cookware you’ll need to feel right at home. Both the bedroom and living room feature smart TVs for your entertainment. We’ve made sure to stock plenty of towels, pillows, and essentials because your comfort is a top priority—and something I take seriously to help make your stay as cozy and stress-free as possible.

We’re dog-friendly! We welcome pups of all sizes and have a big doggie door in the kitchen that leads straight to the backyard. The yard is fully fenced, giving your furry friends plenty of safe space to run and play. We aren’t able to host cats due to allergies.

Step out onto the screened in back porch, where you’ll find a cozy dining and seating area with string lights overlooking the backyard. Fire up the gas grill for an easy cookout, or relax on the charming front porch with a glider. Additional amenities include off street parking for one vehicle and a smart lock for easy, contactless check in.

This 100-year-old home is full of character and charm. While it’s clean and well-cared for, you may notice a few creaks, chips, and quirks along the way—just part of its old-home magic.
