We stayed here to host our children and grandchild for Christmas. We had plenty of room to share meals and open gifts. The property is beautiful and has all the entertainment (tv, games, puzzles and switch) for a multigenerational get together. Beds are comfy. Walked to NuLu so lots of bars and restaurants. The yard is awesome and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was phenomenal!! The house was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the backyard was a wonderful place to relax. Great location and we loved the recommendations for restaurants provided. We will definitely book if we make it back to Louisville!

Fantastic Stay in Louisville!We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Louisville. The house was exceptionally clean, modern, and had more than enough space for our group of five. It was well-equipped and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.The backyard was a real highlight and the perfect place to relax and hang out at the end of each day. It added a great touch to the overall experience.The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to a variety of great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It made exploring the city simple and enjoyable.The host was also fantastic. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and were very responsive and helpful.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Louisville.

Modern with special amenities. Our family of 4 adults and two teens had adequate space for sleeping. The backyard is exactly as described, we loved it. They even provided towels for the hot tub. Walked to breakfast, coffee and a little shopping. A 5 minute drive to the Bourbon District where we had lunch and great distillery experiences/ downtown. Fairgrounds, Kentucky Derby Museum and Churchill Downs were the purpose for our trip. Quick 15 minute drive. NuLu is a revitalizing community effort. Research the location; it served us very well.

Excellent place to stay

My wife and I visited Louisville to get away for a few days. This property was great. We enjoyed everything from the cleanliness (important to my wife), parking, hot tub (very clean), fire pit, amenities and loved the shower gels and shampoo. We'll be back.

Fun on the trail


Very clean amd comfortable. Hosts are generous with amenities and offerings. Outstanding recommendations for food and activities. House location was right next to market and main on the row so convenient to walk or drive depending on weather. Quiet neighborhood and easy process altogether. Hosts are also very quick to respond regardless of hour. Thanks for a great week in Kentucky.

Everything you need and want

This house was great, everything you can need and want. I was forgot my hair straightener and was surprised to find a nice one in the bathroom. Hot tub was a great bonus and the backyard was beautiful and welcoming. We were able to walk to the bars and restaurants.

The Black and White house house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked-the best among VRBO rentals. Highly recommended!

We had the best stay. The house was fabulous inside and out and the host was terrific and very accommodating. We love the area and have stayed in several diff rentals around NULU over the years and this was a favorite for sure. The host has seriously thought of everything and incorporated lots of welcoming touches that take a great property over the top. Comfortable and super walkable to all our favorite spots. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Host!

We loved staying at this property! It was a great location close to downtown, has an extremely well supplied kitchen, and was very comfortable. The host was super responsive to a couple initial issues with the outdoor space, which were addresses within minutes and all settled within the first day. Hope to enjoy staying here again next time we're in town!

The house is in a great location, walkable to all the wonderful restaurants in NuLu. It was clean and we didn't have any issues. Street parking was always available right outside the house.

Bourbon Buddies

Had a great time on Bourbon Trail. The house was well appointed, however furniture in living room was a bit shabby. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. There had been lots of snow and ice and parking was not good because parking spots were not shoveled and ice and snow build up was too high to park. Shawn never tried to help us out.

NuLu Christmas

Rented house to host some family members for Christmas. Very convenient location, everything was as advertised. Beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great time. Hutton and backyard were great touches There is only one tv in the house though, so plan accordingly.
