Welcome to The Stables On Baxter: a 140yr old converted horse livery & grocery store. Stable #4 is fun with a board and video games, unique features and is only minutes from Nulu & Downtown! This unit is 1/2 block from the Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave corridor. The courtyard offers our guests mini golf, grills, fire pits, abundant seating and an umbrellaed table.

⚠ Please Note: This home sits in a lively urban entertainment district. Activity, traffic and noise can continue into the evening and early morning. There is free street parking available around the building and neighborhood.

This amazing 5-bedroom, 2-bath, 5-bed home offers a bold stay with amazing amenities. We have 3 King and 2 Queen beds. Each room is elegantly designed with high-end finishes. There 2 living spaces: one located on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor.

The shared courtyard is large and open. There is abundant seating around our two gas fire pits and a putting green for those who want to take a swing. If that's not your thing, you can grill and chill sitting at the picnic table featuring a solar-powered umbrella.

This unit minutes away from distilleries, Nulu and Downtown and just steps away from the Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave corridor where you'll find restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Outdoor gathering area was a nice bonus, Beds were very comfortable, excellent communication and the accommodations were great. Would definitely recommend! We did a bourbon trail experience and had 7 traveling in our group. Perfect base camp for a combination of city feel but close enough to the country get aways.

Very clean and comfortable stay. The owners went above and beyond with the extras, which always makes things so much nicer. K cups, laundry supplies, plenty of towels, good kitchen cookware to cook meals in as well. Perfect setting for two families of four with teenagers!

This was a perfect spot for our getaway. It is centrally located in what is a good neighborhood. The house was large enough for our big group. Everything in the house was updated and modern. All interactions with the host were pleasant and responses were very quick. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in town.
