There are unspoiled views and miles of walking trails along the intercostal for you to explore. Boasting comfortable furnishings and beautifully landscaped surroundings, this rental is ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Located minutes from local restaurants and shopping as well as multiple local marinas, there is plenty to do locally to keep busy. Right across the street is the European Village (.3 miles) where you can walk to dinner, enjoy shopping, or just sit in the outside café and try a gelato. There is the Palm Coast Marina (.5 miles) to dock your boat for the week, and Palm Harbor Golf Course (1 mile) close to the townhouse. Marineland (8.2 miles) offers a swim with dolphin adventure, sea turtles, and tiger sharks in a gorgeous location right on the ocean. This comfortable retreat is also only a short drive away from the beach with Cinnamon Beach (2.9 miles) and Jungle Hut Beach (1.2 miles), offering surfing, fishing, and whale watching!

Great home base for golf/fishing/beach

Easy checkin, great location, quiet area, in the middle of everything, European village across the street made for a great long weekend

Perfect location for journey

Condo represented what we were looking for ; but master bath had mold in shower , multiple lights burnt out . Blinds broken in upstairs bedroom, master bedroom sliding door lock broken . The condo is located close to beach an excellent proximity to golf. The European village across the street is great venue to hang out ! Simple fixes and property is perfect for any get away !

Convenient but nothing fancy

The unit was spacious but had many things that were broken. Property manager was responsive but not everything could be fixed while we were there. The unit needs to be updated and cleaned before leased again.

needs a few repairs

kitchen tap, not working properly. No curtains in one of the upstairs bedroom. Window curtain rod in master room broken, and window track was filthy. no facecloths, no hand towels in the kitchen and no Kleenex. Rip in bar chair. other than that ok.

Disappointing

After all the great reviews maybe my expectations were too high. The property is spacious, well located and decently clean but that is where the good ratings ended for us. There was cigar smell in the “no smoking” unit, the toilets ran 24/7 (unless you shut the water off totally), the wooden headboards hit the walls if you moved when you sleep, and the furnishings were just basic - nothing special. Watch out for the fees on this place as well, this is managed by a property management company so fees are high. We won’t do that again - we have had much better experiences with renting from the actual owner (and lower costs).

Disapponted.

Check in Dec 23, text from Vacasa asking if unit clean. I was too quick, responding 5. My son called to say bathroom in Master, not clean, photos enclosed and forwarded to Vacasa. Contacted by Ann of housekeeping, apologizing, this is not the way they leave units, I asked for some compensation , she would discuss with manager. Saturday Dec 24. I called Ann again as heating unit did not work. In the afternoon a maintenance person came over, but he could not fix it. He suggested maybe moving them, not in the same complex, someplace in Palm Coast. We had picked this location as close to our home. My grand daughter suggested space heaters, which he got for them, and they had to move from room to room to keep warm.. Temperature in Palm Coast was mid 20F. No contact by Vacasa. Tried to reach out to housekeeping again, received a call from Elena on Tuesday, who did not seem to be aware of our issues, said she wanted to hear from my perspective, and was elevating issue to manager. No other calls received. Yesterday Dec. 30 my family checked, no other contact other than form e-mail asking how we enjoyed stay. I reached out yesterday morning, they were checking into it. In the afternoon I called back and was offered a $75 refund for cleaning, and that is all. At no point has the heating issue been addressed. I was promised the local manager would call me, nothing yet. This unit was rented with non functioning heat, and that is totally unacceptable. We can not give you a good review. The layout of the unit was nice and as said before the location perfect for us. But the service leaves lot to be desired and lack of contact. We certainly feel there should be some consideration, as we paid over $2000 for this week. Looking forward to hearing from someone in a decision-making capacity.
