-New carpet-just installed in September
-Large master bedroom with double closet, extra, extra storage closet and deck overlooking the mountains.
-All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the house has a portable air conditioner.
-Very bright and clean. Large kitchen and living area- open concept. Newer appliances, private washer and dryer.
Exterior:
-Small storage unit and carport for one vehicle, plus second tandem spot behind. Lots of free street parking as well.
-Beautiful and spacious private backyard- not shared with the other unit, fenced with two garden beds, and mature raspberry bushes.
-Long term tenants in other unit who are very kind, quiet, and respectful.
Location:
Can't beat midtown, close to everything!
-10 minutes drive to U-Med district and downtown.
-Five minute walk to the beautiful Cuddy Park, Campbell Creek trail system, Loussac Library and many restaurants and coffee shops.
