The property was great! Even better than expected from the pictures. Easy self check in, great communication from the host, and zero issues encountered throughout our stay. The house is very well kept and stocked with anything you could possibly need.

We LOVE Flora! This was our 4th stay and have already booked next year. Parking is easy, no steps to the property. Everything you need is there. Mark is great to deal with. If you are visiting Keuka Lake, Flora is the place to stay.

Three years in a row! We enjoy the home, lake front and the spectacular view. There is plenty to do, and several wineries within a few miles. We have already booked for 2027!

We had a great second stay at this house. It was stocked very well with lots of information about local attractions and amenities. The location is perfect, and we loved the outdoor space. This was not the first time we have rented here, and it will not be the last!

This was our third time staying at Flora’s. It’s the best location on the lake (in our opinion), has great indoor and outdoor space, the kitchen is well stocked and the showers have great water pressure. Communication with the host Mark was great and there were many thoughtful touches like toiletries, plenty of paper products and even a bag of coffee and bottle of wine. We will be back. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The house has plenty of open space, making it comfortable for our group, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful when I reached out before our trip.A few minor things could make the experience even better. The bed was a bit too firm for my personal preference. The porch could use a good power washing, and the lakeside gravel area would benefit from some weed maintenance.Overall, these were small issues, and we would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing stay.

Great place to stay and host. Made it easy to get in and out of and the property is great. Couldn't beat the view of the bluff and the fishing was wonderful.

Beautiful house with all the amenities

We had a great stay - the house is in the fantastic location of Crystal Beach, very centrally located to both Hammondsport and Penn Yan. Lots of wineries nearby and a distillery. Cant wait to return.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The property is fabulous and has everything you need provided. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, the kayaks, bonfire and s’mores at night, and several local spots within walking distance. I highly recommend and would stay again.

My family enjoyed a perfect week at Flora's. The house is beautiful and provides every comfort of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything imaginable for meal prep, the bathrooms are stunning and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries.The 2 waterfront porches were our favorite spots to gather, and the kayaks & canoe were big hits with our grandkids, as well as the walk-in level beachfront. Easily a favorite vacation choice!

Favorite Place/Location on Keuka!

Perfect family vacation home

Beautiful home, fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking meals, a lot of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, nice sized dock for swimming, fishing, and docking a boat. We enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, and puzzles. Great location for lake, bluff, and sunset views. Short ride by boat, car, or foot to wineries and restaurants.

Perfect spot for relaxation

The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Right on the lake. Parking is easy with no steps to the home. Wake up to a fantastic view of the lake from 2 of the bedrooms. This was our 3rd stay here and have already booked for next year!

Phenomenonal house! Very clean, great layout. Party of three, including my 16 year old son enjoyed the lake views, kayaking, and firepit. Bathrooms are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, razors, toothbrushes, and conditioner...great touch. Love a fully stocked kitchen. Open floor plan with reading loft that included gas fireplace was an indoor getaway. Would definitely go back.

Amazing house in a perfect location

We could not have enjoyed our time at this house more. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and the outdoor area was perfectly well kept. The dock was really great for our boat and to sit and watch the sunset. We definitely hope to be back!
