NEW IN 2024! Individual air conditioners for all upstairs bedrooms in addition to central air. This 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home sits ON the water with gorgeous waterfront views from every room. Drive down to all first floor living with open and large living area with gas fireplace, open to dining and new kitchen. The master suite is flanked with windows facing the bluff & private bath. The first level opens to private covered porch. Upstairs you can walk in off of lower east lake road and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms situated on 2 wings of the house. Plenty of parking. The permanent dock has a large rooftop deck-perfect for enjoying sunsets, sun bathing, and enjoying the spectacular view. There is a big grassy lakeside yard and a custom fire pit. Included at the home for your Keuka Lake enjoyment are: kayaks, life vests, paddle boards, and fishing poles. Bring your boat- you can tie it to the dock. Come enjoy all that Keuka Lake has to offer!

Amazing property on Keuka Lake. Well stocked kitchen and the home was spacious. You could fit several in this place and not feel cramped. The deck above the boat dock was our favorite hangout spot. It gave you the ideal gathering space with an unobstructed view of the lake. There is also a dock to tie your boat up. It was about 15 minutes to Penn Yan and there is a great little general store about 1.5 away (Olney Place) that had good sandwiches, beer and some groceries. Thanks for the memories!

Our couples’ group travels to the Finger Lakes region every few years. We all loved this home! It was our favorite VRBO house so far in the region. The reasons include: cleanliness of the entire property, friendly, effective communication from the host, the generously equipped home (every single room), the expansive views of the lake, and the wonderful outdoor seating areas/furniture. Everything was very comfortable, including the beds. All we needed was provided! You wake up feeling you’re almost on a cruise with the water just outside your windows- in the best possible way. The home is designed to take advantage of the beautiful views all around. The location is convenient to Keuka wineries as well as our favorite places on Seneca. We will definitely be back!

This home has everything you could want for a laid back relaxing visit to Keuka Lake. The owners have put a lot of thought into making this home comfortable and functional. Our group of friends had a wonderful stay and we hope to come back again soon

Been renting places on the ocean and various lakes for many years, and this might possibly be the best one yet. Everything was updated, super-clean and comfortable.Our host was very quick to respond to any questions and inquiries.The positioning of the house on the east shore at the center of Keuka Lake was exceptional, and we were right on the water. My two sons, their wives and our four grandsons were very comfy in the five bedrooms, and the three baths were perfect for all 10 of us. A large, double-deck dock was perfect for swimming and tying up a boat. There were 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards - all of which were enjoyed. There was a lot of fishing equipment, though we brought our own. Both of my sons agreed that the photos of this wonderful house did not even quite show how spacious and nice it is. The kitchen was well-stocked and a nice, Weber grill worked perfectly. A large yard with a fire pit w/patio at one end was great for and evening fires and making s'mores. This place is not cheap, but in our opinion was worth the price. As my one daughter-in-law said: 'this is the nicest rental property we've ever had.'

The house was absolutely gorgeous! It had a dream kitchen where we enjoyed cooking a nice dinner. The back deck & dock were perfect! We also had a fire in the backyard area that we all enjoyed. All of the beds were very comfortable. Every detail was covered!

Family vacation

We spent a week at this wonderful property for our family vacation. It was easy to get to neighboring towns. Even though it was November the weather was perfect! Can't beat the view at the house too! It was a wonderful week. Highly suggest staying here :)

Girls trip weekend!

We had a great stay! The property is extremely well maintained, and well stocked! The lovely welcome gift of snacks and wine was perfect for our movie night! We each had a our own bedroom with stunning views of the lake!!! This will be out go to annually!
