Although The Sanctuary operates as a boutique hotel, it is also available for full, private rental to accommodate groups and families or provide a venue for special events. Private group rentals can include freedom to customize the space for your event needs, including earlier check-in or later check-out times, decorating, rearranging furniture, etc. Listed pricing assumes use of The Sanctuary as is, so please contact us for rate information if you're booking for an event and need additional services, a customized set-up, or have specific questions about accommodations and amenities.

Located right in downtown Crosby, The Sanctuary is just two blocks north of Main Street and two blocks from the bike trails. The centralized yet quiet location makes it easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, or nearby Serpent Lake.

With 8 cozy bedrooms featuring a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds (14 beds total), everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep and have a place to retreat for some solitude or quiet. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, TV, and mini-fridge. There are three rooms on the main floor, four rooms on the lower (garden) level, and one room on the mezzanine. With fourteen beds, plus a long cushioned bench lining one wall on the mezzanine, The Sanctuary can comfortably sleep 28+ people.

When you'd like to gather together with your family and friends, you can find the space you need in the Great Room, on the mezzanine, or on the spacious front porch.

The mezzanine has two large banquet dining tables that can seat 16-18 people for group meals or playing games. A kitchenette is also present on the mezzanine, which makes it a breeze to whip up some snacks or serve drinks.

The Great Room features a large 65" TV over the gas fireplace, large leather couches, and a game shelf.

During spring, summer, and fall, the porch is such a relaxing place to sit back and relax. With two hanging basket chairs on one end and seating for six on the other, you won't have a problem finding a place to soak up the sun and enjoy the breeze as you listen to the soothing sounds of the two water fountains. Across the street, you'll find a fire pit and corn hole.

The Sanctuary is both pet-friendly and accessible for those with limited mobility. The back entrance is accessible with a ramp and no stairs, and a lift operates between the main floor and mezzanine so that all gathering spaces are fully accessible.
