Situé juste en face de la plage, ce magnifique condo a de superbes vues. Il a une cuisine bien équipée complète, la chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxième chambre avec deux lits doubles, à la fois avec leur salle de bain privée et TV 55 ", et le salon a une télévision grand écran (65 pouces), Apple Tv, Salle de bain complète, canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme et grand balcon dans chaque chambre avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. Il y a un barbecue à gaz sur le balcon pour cuisiner quelques steaks ou votre prise de la journée!

Profitez de la tranquillité de cette station, avec la commodité de la vie urbaine à quelques minutes en bateau.

Activités dans le complexe comprennent un parcours de golf 18 trous Arthur Hills (prix très raisonnables pour les clients), une piscine à débordement, volley, tennis, kayaks, miles de plage ..


Vous pouvez y aller en prenant un Uber ou un taxi pour vous emmener à Marina Cortez, la porte de nos navettes est entre El Anzuelo (restaurant) et le Café Capri (restaurant). Les bateaux-navettes (gratuit pour les clients) circulent toutes les demi-heures entre 7h00 et 23h00 (retour en ville à 15 et 45 minutes après chaque heure). Il y a des navettes après les heures, celles-ci doivent être arrangées et payantes. Une fois que vous arrivez au quai de Paraiso del Mar, il y aura une navette pour vous emmener à votre unité, laissez lui savoir quelle unité vous allez. S'il vous plaît n'hésitez pas à appeler / me contacter pour toute question.


La piscine du condo sera en entretien du 15/08/2019 au 15/10/2019, en attendant, vous pouvez utiliser la piscine de la maison, ce qui est vraiment agréable.

We had a great time with fantastic views of the bay. One day we saw a show being put on by whales in the Bay. We went fishing one day and picked up some skip Jack and Dorado. The restaurant at the pool whipped up a great meal with the new catch and we fed 6 with much left over.Thanks

Stay at Paraiso del mar

My 2 sisters and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The unit was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the resort- it is beautiful, great pool area and hot tub. The restaurant at the pool was great. The free boat ride to and from La Paz was so convenient and fun. Several times we saw dolphins on our boat ride. The owner was very responsive to my questions- he got back to me within minutes every time. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay on the island

Everything went smoothly from check in to checkout. The unit was clean and well situated. The food at the pool bar was good and reasonable. The shuttles to town ran on time. My wife 's first time to Mexico. She was nervous but felt safe here

The condo was more than adequate, I would like to mention that the pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable as were the bed sheets. Overall, the space, furniture and kitchen appliances were well suited for the price and location. The pool area was nice, the food and drinks at the bar were good and reasonably priced. I do wish the resort did a better job of providing lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests on the beach. There are some of us who prefer to swim in the sea and lounge on the sand instead of be poolside. If it weren't for this lack of beach amenities I would have rated the resort as excellent. Ivan our contact was easy to communicate with, always responded quickly and was very helpful.

Perfect Get Away!!

The property was exactly as the pictures showed! View was amazing and the people on the property were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable while we were there! Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone, the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful with every question we had!! Will definitely be staying again in the near future!

Relaxing

We loved the condo. 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/dining area were exactly what we needed. Super clean and well stocked with necessities. The staff cleans and disinfects the grounds, chairs, pool area, etc constantly. The pool is NOT heated, very cold. We spent alot of time in the hot tub. If your going to drive here be well prepared. Its located on a small desert peninsula and to get there by car takes a 45 minute drive down a desolate, dirt, washboard road. 5 minutes by ferry from la paz. Overall, if your looking for solitude, cleanliness and relaxation this is the spot!

Poor weather for the duration of our visit aided in our dislike of the property.

This particular unit lacked ever having sunshine on the lovely patio because of its position in the building complex which would have been welcomed because of the unseasonal weather. It had some food supplies there for our using but the kitchen could have had more kitchen aids & utensils. However, the owner was quick to attend to our needs when we contacted him.

Wonderful.

We had a great time. The only thing we would do differently has nothing to do with the property. Instead of renting a car, take a shuttle from SJD, and just use the boat. Everyone was extremely gracious and friendly. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Property

This condo is beautiful. It has spectacular views of the pool and ocean. The condo was well appointed and clean, with everything you would need for a great stay!. Our friends stayed in the slarge guest bedroom with two queen beds, a full bath rainhead shower, small kitchenette, and it's own balcony. The master bedroom was also large and very comfortable with a king bed. This condo has a beautiful infinity pool and numerous hot tubs overlooking the crystal clear and very warm Sea of Cortez. There is a private beach that goes on for miles. The pool has a restaurant and bar right there and the waiters walk around often to check on guests and take orders. We loved this condo and will be back!

Wonderful location. The condo was one the best outfitted rentals we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Good appliances, everything that you need in the kitchen and a nicely outfitted and connected TV system. The location is great for long beach walks, hanging out at the pool, or playing a round of golf at a very nice course with amazing greens. Highly recommend this facility and this condo. A Relaxing Break in a Beautiful Place

We loved our stay at this beachfront condo. Right from the start, the owner checked in with us about our reservation and then followed up just before our trip and once we arrived to make sure everything was okay at the unit. Great support from him. The unit itself was very clean...great beds...it was just as it appears online. Beautiful decks overlooking the pool and the ocean. What makes these condos really special is their location. You must take a 10 minute boat ride to El Mogote (the peninsula directly across from La Paz proper) and then a quick van ride (5 minutes if that) to the condo. During those few minutes, the tensions you have from wherever you came from disappear. The beach in front of the condos goes for miles, giving the opportunity to search for a few shells, get some exercise, watch whales breaching (we were there at Christmas 2018). The pool was a little cool for my husband and me, but many people did swim. And we enjoyed the hot tub. It couldn't have been a more relaxing, pleasant stay.

The condo is in an amazing location! The views and the facilities are wonderful and the spacious condo was immaculate. We would not hesitate to return. The owner is responsive and made sure we were comfortable upon arrival.
