One parking stall is included near the stairs that lead down to the unit area, plus limited visitor and street parking on a first come basis.

This spacious 1,000 sq. ft. two-bedroom walkout condo offers a comfortable and modern retreat with stunning lake views. Located on the ground floor, the condo features a King bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. The living room is equipped with a Queen-size pull-out sofa, allowing the condo to sleep up to 6 guests. Fresh, cozy linens and towels are provided for a restful stay. Step out onto the 200 sq. ft. patio to enjoy unobstructed views of the water, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. The condo is fully equipped with a kitchen and dining area, making it ideal for both relaxation and cooking meals together.
