The unit consists of a Downstairs King bedded Room with a large deluxe bathroom with Talavera tile, dual vanity, separate shower and step-up bathtub.

Gated patio with Patio furniture opens out to a poolside courtyard.

Full Kitchen – Recently remodeled with new appliances (as of August 2025), sleek countertops, updated sink and fixtures. Includes a charming walled patio off the dining area—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Living Room – Features a cozy fireplace and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Additional Bathroom – Located off the family room, this bathroom has been recently remodeled with a new countertop, modern fixtures, and a glass shower door.

There is also a washer and dryer.

The upstairs suite is also a King bedded Room with a large deluxe bathroom with Talavera tile, dual vanity, separate shower and step-up bathtub. It also has a sitting area with a fold out queen .

Upstairs has a Mini Fridge, Microwave and Coffee Maker.

PETS - Must be declared at initial reservation request. Dogs are allowed with a fee and signed addendum. Failure to declare all pets is a violation of the rental contract and shall result in your immediate eviction.

NO SMOKING - There shall be no smoking of any kind inside, on the decks, at the front door or outside of our Villa.

Everything the resort has to offer: 5 golf courses, 6 restaurants, frequent evening entertainment in 2 venues, shopping and exquisite grounds.

Exceptions are the 2 communal resort pools, Fitness Center and Tennis and Pickleball reservations which are restricted to hotel guests only.

The La Quinta Resort reserves the right to restrict other amenity access to hotel guests only at the Resort’s discretion.
