We are Chuck and Rose Skalski. We have owned property in Birdsall NY for over 25 years. We built our cabin on an adjacent property to what we now call the Weader House. When the Weader house property became available we purchased it to join the properties together. The Weader house was built in 1890 and has much of the charm of an old home yet has been renovated to provide comfort. We took on this project to offer guests a clean and private place to visit the beautiful area of Allegany County. Swain ski resort is under 15 minutes away and there is over 12,000 acres of NYS land to wander. Come out and see the beauty that we have found in the southern tier country.

Birdsall NY is one of the smallest towns in NYS. The BIrdsall Inn is a half mile away with great food and live bands on the weekends. We are close of Letchworth State Park, Swain Ski resort and Hornell is about 25 minutes away with a Wegmans, Walmart, Lowes and other shopping.
