Deux chambres, deux salles de bains, maison neuve et meublée contemporaine avec vue imprenable sur la mer à travers Bolberry Down. Nous acceptons les chiens (un chien bien élevé) et sommes situés dans une zone désignée d'une beauté naturelle exceptionnelle avec un accès direct au sentier côtier du sud-ouest. La maison a une vue sur Bolberry jusqu'à la mer et l'île Burgh. C'est un endroit parfait pour marcher sur la côte et explorer la région de South Hams dans le Devon.

Wedding weekend

This property Is superb only sorry we could not stay longer but great base for our sons wedding at south Milton. We will definitely be back to stay properly and enjoy it at its best

Lovely property in a quiet beautiful area

The property was well equipped and nicely decorated with views out to the sea. It felt like a real home from home during our stay and we looked forward to getting back every evening. We enjoyed all the lovely walks on the doorstop and visiting the many nearby beaches. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxed break in the beautiful Devon countryside.

Devon heaven!!

So this property really is a home from home. This is our 2nd stay here and hopefully we will return again. The comfort and facilities this property offers is great. Comfy beds and furnishings, clean and well equipped. The location is incredible-miles of walks, beaches and countryside outside the door. It’s been a privilege to stay here twice.

Nothing to say other than excellent in every respect could not have wanted for more.

This property and its host are 1st rate and would not add or take anything away. This is our third stay and there will definitely be a fourth stay in the fantastic property in a stunning location with an excellent restaurant/cafe on the doorstep what more could you want from a short break.

Back for the second time and already looking to book again

This is such a great place I don’t really want to tell to many other people about it as I would like to keep it a secret. The location is amazing the property is superb great restaurant on the doorstep and hope cove and salcome are in easy walking distance. Can’t do this place justice in a paragraph.

Devon heaven!

Firstly the location is stunning. Views from all windows and a coastal walk on your doorstep. The house itself is a home from home. Comfortable, warm and spacious. The bathrooms are fantastic, underfloor heating downstairs was luxurious and all other facilities (tv/WiFi / cooking) were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather-in fact it was nice to be cosy inside playing a game while the weather was quite dramatic outside! We would definitely return.

Fantastic Setting

Lovely welcoming property with great outlook and fantastic views. Various walks right from the door with a fabulous restaurant on-site. Whilst we couldn’t get a reservation (which seemed to be an issue at all places around due to covid impact on availability of staff) the staff were really helpful and takeaway service was ideal.

Fantastic stay!

What an amazing house! It is beautifully furnished and everything worked perfectly. The views are amazing and you can drink in the sun from early morning until sunset. The local walks and restaurant next door are equally amazing. Thank you Joyce for a fantastic stay!

peaceful well situated modern property

only downside was the narrow road to the beaches but the Downs of Bolberry beautiful and ideal for walking the coastal footpath. Property well equiped and clean, good quality linen and comfortable seating. Tv's and all one could want from a holiday home. Owners helpful and pleasant.

Fabulous location

Family Holiday

Well presented, equpped and well places for walls on the coast path.

Lovely house but a wood burning stove or something similar is needed to help create atmosphere. Under floor heating is effective but lacks the warmth of a fireplace

I agree a wood burning stove would be nice for atmosphere but this is a new house and as such is very well insulated and warm. It was not built in by the builder and would detract from the available space.

Top quality and wow views

Stayed for a long Easter weekend for rest, walks and given the cold wind - warmth! The property is very nicely laid out and has all that we needed and top quality. Close to some great coast path walks and some phenomenal views. Two small dogs thoroughly enjoyed themeselves too.
