Relax with family & friends in this comfy 4BR/2BA Hilo retreat. Enjoy island breezes with fans in every room + portable AC units, cook in the full kitchen or BBQ outdoors, gather by the firepit, and rest easy with modern comforts. Just minutes to downtown and Hilo Bay, this tropical home offers comfort, serenity and all the essentials and relaxing vibes. A perfect home base for anyone exploring the island or just seeking island peace with adventure nearby. TURO Car also available, plz inquire.
The Space:
4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a portable AC unit, fans, and fresh linens for a cool, restful nightâs sleep.
2 full bathrooms with clean, modern fixtures and stocked with essentials. (1 Upstairs & 1 Downstairs. Downstairs Bathroom is with the Washer-Dryer area, but has its own door.)
Bright, airy living room with two fans to keep the island breezes flowing, plus plenty of seating for the whole group and TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware, appliances, and counter space you need to prepare meals.
Washer & dryer for your convenience during longer stays.
Outdoor Living
Start your mornings with coffee at the outdoor picnic table, fire up the BBQ grill for dinner, and finish the night gathered around the firepit under the stars.
You will have the whole house to yourselves. :)
We have considerate caretakers nearby, happy to help if you need anything to be more comfortable.

- We are in a residential neighborhood and sound travels easily.
Please respect Quiet Hours from 10pm - 8am.
- Please note that the Owner does have a designated parking space for his Turo rental car (black KIA Soul) at the far side of the lot, several feet away from the back of the house, in its own designated area. Occasionally, someone may come to drop it off or pick it up, but it`s far enough away that it should not disturb anyone.
