Located on the first floor of a two-story townhome, this listing includes the entire private first-floor residence only, while the upstairs is a separate, private unit with its own entrance. The residence welcomes you with a spacious front porch—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and watch the city come alive—before stepping inside to your thoughtfully designed retreat.

The inviting foyer opens into a cozy living room with stylish furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and an original decorative fireplace that highlights the home's historic character. Just beyond, a formal dining room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove and generous counter space—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals or savoring takeout from the city's acclaimed restaurants just steps away.

Two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other with a queen—each include private ensuite bathrooms and ample closet space, ensuring comfort and privacy for your group. A back mudroom adds convenience with a washer and dryer for guest use.

When it's time to explore, you'll find yourself in the very center of Savannah. Brunch on Broughton Street, live music in City Market, and sunset strolls along River Street are all within walking distance. Excellent location within walking distance to the historic district squares, restaurants, bars and shopping. Very clean beautiful space and well thought of amenities such as beach chairs, clothes steamer, etc. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again when returning to Savannah.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and comfortable. The host provided much appreciated recommendations for the area and was quick to respond to questions. The location was very walkable and the included parking spot was great. There was some street noise and a bit of noise from the upper unit just to note. We did not use the porch as it sits facing the street with only a narrow sidewalk separating them and lots of foot traffic in front. The bathroom could use some updates as the tub/shower unit had multiple dings and the shower rod and fixtures were rusty. All was in working order however. The a/c was great and kept the unit super comfortable. The kitchen seemed well stocked though we did not cook. Overall a very nice stay!

Location is everything, especially in Savannah, and this wonderful space couldn't be in a better spot. So walkable! The parking spot in the back was a big help, easy entry from both sides of the property. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, yay for 2 bathrooms. We found whatever we needed in the kitchen. We usually stay at one of the hotels, but this place is an excellent value, really glad we did this instead, and will do so again in the future.
