Sunday River Ski-in and ski-out seasonal unit at Fall Line. This unit is available to be rented for the entire ski season and I am looking for a full seasonal renter and not interested in renting this unit on a nightly basis. The fee for the entire 2025-2025 ski season is $22,000 plus the 9% Maine lodging tax.

This delightful condo features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed and private door on first floor. The bathroom has a full tub/shower. In addition, there is a lovely living room with a leather sectional couch and a comfy queen size murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Renovated kitchen and bath with new flooring and appliances.

This unit is conveniently located on the first and second floor with both an exterior door access on the first level and an interior door access on the second level. Guests have full use of the large owner's locker for storage. The unit also has an exterior balcony.

The Fall Line building has an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna in addition to a coin operated laundry room. The building also has Frank's Restaurant inside the building.

Fall Line is located next to the Sundance Trail with direct ski access to the South Ridge Lodge and Chair Lifts 2 and 7. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.
